The researcher has studied reconnaissance included supervisors school activity in the Directorate - General for Education Baghdad Rusafa first and breeding Baghdad Karkh second to determine the obstacles that work to weaken the production of theater school Find researcher that there is a need to work hard to overcome these obstacles that stand in the way of theatrical work school.Aim of the current research : 1 - Disclosure about the difficulties faced by the practice of theatrical activity in Baghdad.2 - Proposing ways to address these difficulties.To achieve the objectives of the research : the researcher drafted paragraphs questionnaire in the light of the survey conducted by the school administrators activity.. Having been presented to the professors experts from specialists and duly followed was applied questionnaire form CSS research community who are supervisors theatrical activity in Two Directorate breeding Rusafa / 1, and Karkh / 2's (30) thirty supervisors specialists overseeing the theatrical activity school, and to show search results adopted researcher Fisher equation to calculate the weighted average and weight percentile, has included the questionnaire (25) Twenty - five paragraph.The most important results : First : in the light of the survey conducted by researcher ranged circles weighted to the questionnaire between paragraphs (1.6 - 1) and percentage weights ranged between (80% - 50%)This means that all paragraphs are difficulties facing the theater school in achieving its goals.Among the most prominent of these difficulties are : 1 - The reluctance of the adoption of the theater school education in the schools.2 - No textbook decision to art education is distributed to school students in various stages as the rest of the approved curriculum in teaching.3 - Appreciation of the art of painting community and Islamic calligraphy more than theater4 - Traffic school students and the lack of recent data and duplication of schools led to poor school theatrical activity.5 - Lack of theatrical text expressing the views and aspirations of the student, leading to its distance from the theater.6 - There are no private rooms' theatrical performances in most schools in Baghdad. Second : The researcher found that the study of the difficulties have had a significant impact on the school stage and their direct impact on weakened and disabled in educational institutions without reference to the vital aspect is included in the theater in the treatment of the spirit of education and exploitation in the educational process.Conclusions1 - The school theater major role in the case of exploitation in the educational process and taking into account the value educationally actors.2 - Need the opinion of the sample and their requirements and their needs in order to reach to overcome the difficulties and addressed.3 - The practice of theater school develops its cadres from supervisors, teachers and students in the field of acting and directing.4 - Theater has clear goals in the educational process.5 - Theater school creates a spirit of cooperation and love between the students and the community if communication between all the technical activities.Recommendations1 - Include technical education curriculum material theater and prepare the scripts expressing the views of the student.2 - Increase the jurisdiction of the school theater in Rusafa / 1 and Karkh / 2.3 - re quotas deleted studied Art Education4 - The need to expand the school building and included Hall of the theater.5 - An internal system to Aanchae theater school student.The research has included in its conclusion proposals, and in the last segment sources and abstract in English.
