Abstract: This chapter contains of the introduction and the importance of the research in which dealt with the importance of the research in developing the methods used in programmed education and merging it in educational institutions and its scientific applications and define the relation between the teacher and the learning people to find the most important planning exercises in accordance with programmed education to improve some physical capabilities and attack skills in hand ball game.The problem of the research is the methods of teaching and learning for the departments of the physical education in college of basic education in which the concerned people and the intellectual agreed that the methods are scientific educational elements with referring also to the importance other elements. After knowing most of the educational methods and teaching , the researcher prefers adopting programmed education method which are more developed in order to improve some physical capabilities and attack skills in hand ball game by using educational method accompanied with planning exercises.The objectives of the research : 1. Prepare educational method by using programmed education in teaching the planning exercises for hand ball.2. Knowing the effect of prepared educational method with programmed education in order to improve some physical capabilities and attack skills.The range of the research : 1. Human being field : a sample of ( 40 ) students from the forth preparing stage.2. Spatial field : Al - Mutananbi High school For Boys3. Temporal field : second course of the academic year 2013 - 2014.Chapter twoThis chapter contains the definition of programmed education , its philosophy , concept , fundamentals , its principles and importance , besides the correlated and relevant studies.Chapter threeThis chapter is dealing with the method that used in the research , sample of the research , the tools that used , besides tests , measurements , conditions of availability , scientific qualifications , exploratory experiments and the used statistic means.Chapter fourThis chapter is consisted of exposing the data , analysis and discussing the results which the researcher has reached.Chapter fiveThis chapter is consisted of several conclusions reached by the researcher during his studying such as : - 1. Adopting the educational method for planning exercises with programmed method will improve some physical capabilities and basic skills of the learners of hand ball for the forth preparing stage.2. To adopt educational method for planning exercises with programmed method will develop explosive force of the learners of hand ball for the forth preparing stage.3. Adopting the educational method for planning exercises with programmed method will lead to develop the skill of passing and receiving of learners of hand ball for forth preparing stage.
