Abstract:
مما لا شك فيه ان لعبة الكرة الطائرة تقدمت خطوات واسعة نحو التقدم والتطور العلمي على مستوى اللعب واداء المهارات، وتنفيذ الخطط الهجومية والدفاعية وتتسابق الدول وتتبع الاسلوب العلمي في بحث سبل التطور وحل المشكلات التي تواجههم ، وان مواكبة التطور العلمي لرفع مستوى اللعبة يكون عن طريق انتهاج الاسلوب العلمي الصحيح من خلال عملية اختيار الممارسين للعبة الكرة الطائرة ، واختيار طرائق التدريب المناسبة والمتنوعة على وفق القياسات الجسمية والصفات البدنية والمهارية والوظيفية والنفسية . ومن المعروف والمتداول بشكل واسع ان الفوز فيها وخلال احيان كثيرة يتوقف الى حد كبير على الحصول على نقطة واحدة او نقطتين لا اكثر ، وضمان الحصول على هذه النقطة او النقطتين اللتين هما اساس الفوز بالشوط او المباراة لا تمنح الا من خلال قرار يتخذه هنا حكم المباراة . ومن خلال وجود الباحث مشاركا في تحكيم مباراة دوري الكرة الطائرة لاحظ وجود تباين في اداء التحكيم بين مباراة واخرى وبين شوط واخر في بعض القرارات المتخذة مما يؤثر على نتائج المباراة وذلك بسبب الاداء التحكمي لدى الحكم. وهذا التباين والاختلاف واحيانا التذبذب بالمستوى التحكيمي لوجود عدة اسباب منها خلفية الحكم الرياضية ومتابعته للعبة والخبرة والمستوى الاكاديمي والعلمي والمشاركات الخارجية والدورات التحكيمية والتطورية. وقد تبلورت اهداف البحث الى : 1 - اعداد منهج معرفي لتطوير دقة اتخاذ القرار ومستوى الاداء لحكام الكرة الطائرة . 2 - التعرف على تاثير المنهج المعرفي في تطوير دقة اتخاذ القرار ومستوى الاداء لحكام الكرة الطائرة . ومن خلال ذلك افترض الباحث ان : 1 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي في دقة اتخاذ القرار لحكام الكرة الطائرة.2 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي في مستوى الاداء لحكام الكرة الطائرة . تم اختيار عينة البحث وهم حكام الكرة الطائرة الدرجة الاولى / بغداد، والمسجلين لدى الاتحاد العراقي المركزي بالكرة الطائرة للموسم (2015 - 2016) وقد بلغت عينة البحث (8) حكام يمثلون نسبة (13.33%) من المجتمع الكلي والبالغ (60) حكما ، وقد كان اسلوب اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وقد استبعد الباحث الحكام الدوليين والبالغ عددهم (2) حكام لفارق الدرجة التحكيمية ، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي على عينة البحث ، وتم تطبيق المنهج المعد من قبل الباحث والذي يشمل وحدات معرفية والبالغ عددها (16) وحدة احتوت على جميع فقرات القانون والتعديلات التي ادخلها الاتحاد الدولي للكرة الطائرة وتمت بالاستعانة بالحكام الدوليين وباستخدام الاجهزة والادوات الحديثة في اثناء المحاضرات، وعرض الحالات التحكيمية الصعبة التي تواجه الحكم في المباراة وكيفية التعامل مع تلك المواقف واعطاء القرارات المناسبة لكل حالة . وتم اجراء الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية ، وتحليل النتائج الاحصائية للاختبارات ومناقشتها باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية (spss) ، وفي ضوء التجربة التي قام بها الباحث والنتائج المتحققة عبر الاختبارات والوسائل الاحصائية توصل الباحث الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : 1 - الاختبار المعرفي المعد لقوانين اللعبة حقق الهدف المرجو.2 - حقق افراد عينة البحث مستوى جيد بالمنهج المعرفي لقوانين اللعبة.ويوصي الباحث : 1 - اعتماد المنهاج المعرفي للاتحاد المركزي لكرة الطائرة لغرض تطوير اداء الحكام.2 - اقامه دورات تحكمية لرفع مستوى التحكيم ومعرفة ما هو الجديد . | The message contains five chapters : Part I : Definition search There is no doubt that the game of volleyball made strides towards progress and scientific development at the level of playing and performing skills and implementation of offensive and defensive plans and racing states and follow scientific method to examine ways of development and solve problems they face, and keep abreast of scientific development to raise the level of the game would be through the adoption of style scientific right through the process of selecting the practitioners of the game of volleyball, and selection of appropriate and varied training methods according to the physical measurements and attributes physical and skill, functional and psychological. It is well known and rolling broadly to win and during the often depend largely on getting one or two points, no more, and to ensure access to this point or two points are the basis of winning the tie or the game is not given only by decision of here referee.The research problem has crystallized Through the presence of a researcher involved in the arbitration Volleyball League match noted a discrepancy in the performance of the arbitration between the game and the other between the run and another in some of the decisions which affect the outcome of the match due to arbitrary performance of the referee. This variation and differences and sometimes volatility level arbitration because there are several reasons, including the background of sports governance and the follow - up to the game, experience and level of academic and scientific foreign posts and courses arbitration and evolutionary.The objectives of the research : 1. Prepare knowledge - based approach to the development of decision - making to the rulers of volleyball accuracy.2. Identify the effect of cognitive approach in the development of decision - making to the rulers of volleyball accuracy.3. Identify the performance evaluation of the rulers of volleyball.Frdata Search : 1.
