Abstract:
This study contains the using of log linear models in the analysis of the catagorical data in the contingency tables with the two ways (rxc) andthe square tables (rxr) in order to reach at the best model that represents the data.Then,the research studies the use of Bayes methods in setting the log liner models of these tables.The study has a practical aspect in the health field , through three applications. The influence of sex was studied in the first application regarding diarrhoea caused by two kinds of parasites through nine accompanied signs. The study shows a independent relationship between sex and sickness signs.The second application studies two kinds of diabetes categorize according to age shows that there is arelationship between sickness and the age range.The third application , the researcher uses two models on the sharpness of vision of right and left eyes. The researcher uses two log linear models in the square harmony (rxr) ; the simple semetry model and the semetric diagonal paramerres. The study shows the same sharpness of vision for the individuals of the sample.After the application appears the results by Bayse approach was better and mor accurate.
