نفذت الدراسة في محافظة كربلاء منطقة في حي الهادي خلال المدة من شباط الى حزيران )2011(، تضمنت (6) طوائف نحل، ثلاث منها غذيت على محلول سكري ممغنط في حين غذيت المجموعة الثانية على محلول سكري غير ممغنط وكانت نسبة السكر الى الماء (1 : 2)، ومغنط الماء باستعمال | To study was carries out at Al Hade Quarterly Karbala Covenanter from February to June 2011.
