Abstract: اولى المعلمون ومنذ القدم الوسائل التعليمية اهتمامهم الكبير، لما لمسوه من اثر في تحسين وتطوير العملية التعليمية ومساعدة المعلم في ايصال المادة المتعلمة الى المتعلمين، كما ان استخدام الوسائل التعليمية المختلفة في العملية التعليمية يجعل المتعلم مشاركا ايجاب | The teachers and took care with instructional means from the past. Theses instructional means have effect in improving and developing in instructional process and how to help teacher to reach subject to learners. When the teacher used instructional means ,the learner took part positively.The problem of research that most teachers of physical education are taken pain from decreasing of skillful performance because of teacher either has old age or weak in physical ability to show the skill. This case appears clearly in teachers of primary school with rate 70%.Also there is another problem that the program of institutes of teachers does not take care of items of sport games as soccer which considers as a basic games in scholastic program.So the researcher makes intervention instructional media highbre media to help in teaching and retention of basic skills in soccer for pupils of fifth class of primary school.The aim of research is to make instructional media by using intervention instructional media (highbre media ).Also know to effect of intervention instructional media(highbre media )in learning and retention for some basic skills of soccer.The researcher proposed that there are differences of statistic significance between post - test and pre - test for to groups (control & experiment ) in learning basic skills of soccer.The researcher proposed that there are differences that have statistic significances between pre - test to retention for two groups (experiment & control) in basic skill of soccer.The researcher depends on experimental program in making this study by two groups experiment and control. The researcher chooses sample from pupils of fifth class of primary school.The sample is divides in to two groups control & experiment.The instructional program is applied by using instructional media on experimental groups while the same program applied on control group without using instructional media. Instructional media is made by using specialization groups which contains photos , sound and texts that fit with age of sample in the way of show skills of common and slow speed , using music ,comment and fix photos.The application of program continued eight weeks as two instructional media weekly.Before making post - test then make pre - test and test of retention. The researcher concluded that ability of of using instructional media (intervention instructional media - heighbre media) for pupils of second class by using fit cultural , mental and academic level.The results are appeared developing for easy skills as result to applied the style that depend by teachers. The difficult skills are not developing when teachers uses. According to tests of retention ,the experimental samples that uses instructional media have best results from control sample which uses by teachers. Finally the researcher concluded that this program that make from ministry are fit to this age.The researcher recommended that it is important to make universal using for instructional media for all schools in order to uses skills of soccer in the lecture of physical education.Also the researcher recommended to make similar study for another ages and it is better to make teaching courses of computers for teachers of primary school.
