Abstract: تطرق الباحث في المقدمة الى تدريبات القوة والقدرة العضلية باستخدام المقاومات المنوعة واهميتها في مختلف الالعاب والفعاليات الرياضية عامة ولعبة كرة القدم بصورة خاصة واكد على ضرورة اختيار التمرينات والتدريبات التي تتلاءم مع نوع اللعبة او الفعالية الرياضية كذ | Introduction & The importance of the study : The importance of the study lies in the limitation of using Free weight & multigym tools in football by coaches training programmes, in order to develop some physical skills & accuracy. The problem of the study : There are some mistakes by using training exercises in free weight & multigym, & There are a limitation to apply those exercises by coaches & football players.The Aims of the study : 1. Make special training exercises in free weight & multigym to develop some football skills.2. Identifying the effect of those special training exercises on the development of football physical & skills.3. To Identify the differences between Free weight & multigym to develop some football physical & skills.The Hypothesis of the study : 1. There are significant differences between pre & post test for the free weight group in some physical, physiological & skills for football players.2. There are significant differences between pre & post test for the multigym group in some physical, physiological & skills for football players.The Fields of the study : 1. Subjects : (16) young football (15) years old from (Amo Baba) specialist football school.2. Duration : From 19/6/2010 Till 6/10/20103. Place : Physical court & school fields of football. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method, with a sample of (16) players which represented of (50%) percent of the whole real research society.The sample divided two groups, the group (A) trained by free weight & the group (B) trained by multigym, with two training sessions per week. The researcher used proper statistical analysis, such as the mean, standard deviation, & T. test.Conclusions : 1. The result of the research showed improvement for multigym group in long jump test, three steps jump for right and left legs, vertical jump (60sec),50 yards dash accuracy throwing shoot.2. The result of the research showed improvement for weight group in long jump test, three steps jump for right and left legs, vertical jump (60sec), 50 yards dash accuracy throwing shoot.3. The result of the research showed influencing factor in some (EMG)variable between weight and multigym groups. Recommendations : In the light of the result obtained from the research, the researched recommends the following : 1. The necessity to use training exercises in free weight and multigym which prepared by the researcher include training program for young football players.2. The necessity to use those training exercises include training program of national and sport clubs football players.3. Further studies can be carried another types of sport and games and different ages of players.
