يعتبر موضوع مراكز المدن والتغيرات التي طرات عليھا احدى الظواھر المھمة التي تم رصدھا على المستوى العربي والعالمي والتطرق لھا عبر المنشورات والمؤلفات، وتتصف مراكز المدن بانھا تجمعات حضرية وعمرانية حيث انھا القلب النابض للمدينة ومركزھا التاريخي تضم الفعاليات | The subject of city centers and the sustain have been influenced upon which is considered one important phenomena is being monitored on the Arabic , international level are acquaintance throughout publications , compositions to have exposure from laws , legislations. Soles interests due efforts ( planners Architecture) to control this phenomena on viewing , applicable levels. City centers are qualified by architecture, civilized compounds which had been considered as city pulse heart that exposures to changes , due the other city high educational value towards other areas. By precise checking up literary methods are mentioned both changes , influences and city centers , small village technique. The research examinants special knowledge problems concerning : changes influenced which had been happened on the city to have negative activity up on the standing centers.The research depends axial like ( citycenter , uses , transportation continuance ) to research solution is enlighten by assume conception about those systematic compounds from public phenomenal architecture frame ruling by arrows and discipline.Elaborated research : is growing a methodical knowledge towards both theories , one fundamental concerning economical factors plus law legislative flexibility ; in order to create negative changes in city morphology , its center and cancel its traditional identity so as the uses in useless in center continuity. Second fundamental growth directed transportation is considered influential affect organizing , refreshing cit architecture centers.Research procedures are qualified analysis to achieve penlights throughout items , nominations ; in order to achieve research goal of providing knowledge concerning the cause and effect for the changes and further usage could be adopted on city centers to reach clear strategies upon centers.
