Abstract:
The art of elegance and fashion is beauty, taste, excellence and uniqueness in itself Through the radiant look, admiration and judgment of others in designing a costume, the charm, strength and elegance of the costume lies in how the soul is distributed and diagnosed and harmonized with the foundations and elements of the design and with costume supplementation.What mentioned above the research problems came in : 1 - Failure to follow modern strategies and apply them in the field of education and teaching.2 - Failure to address the problem of individual differences.3 - The lack of art and fashion, which is the main reason for the low level of skill performance.The current research target is to : 1 - Disclosure of the learning difficulties experienced by the students of the third stage in technical school (family).2 - Apply a peer education strategy to address the learning difficulties experienced by third - year students in technical school specialization in designing and sewing clothes in the fashion art.Doing that through testing the following zero hypotheses : 1 - There are no statistically significant differences at level 0.05 between the mean scores of the experimental group and the mean scores of the control group in the previous test (For the purpose of equivalence).2 - There are no statistically significant differences at level 0.05 between the mean scores of the experimental group and the mean scores of the control group in the after test.3 - There are no statistically significant differences at level 0.05 between the mean scores of the experimental group between the two tests.The current research is limited to students of the third stage in vocational schools designing and tailoring of clothing in Baghdad (Art and fashion material study). theory studies and previous and similar studies : - Peer Education Strategy - learning difficulties - Art and fashion material studyThe research also dealt with previous studies on the strategy of peer education : 1 - The study of Mousa Adnan Mousa Hamad Al - Ani 2016.2 - The study of Abdul Salam Abdul Jabbar Hamid Haj Saeed Al RahawiAnd studies dealing with learning difficulties : 1 - The study of Firas Ali Hassan Kanani 2011.2 - The study of Olfat Mahmoud 2007.And studies that dealt with the art of fashion, fashion and visual illusion1 - Radia Ibrahim Juma'a Al - Janabi 2006.2 - Ru'ah Bahnam Shawi.The third chapter : The researcher used the descriptive approach - experimental as a study material to the two groups the experimental and ordered group (the equivalent) of previous and after test, and the sample of the research was chosen according to the intentional method their number (50) students distributed over schools (Rusafa/1) the experimental group by (25) students and (Karkh/1) the ordered group by (25) students.After that the researcher made an equivalence for the research sample between the two groups for the following variables : (the intelligence, Previous experience, Previous test scores, Age)The researcher made an open questionnaire to find out the learning difficulties inElegance and fashion art material and distributed on the teachers and student of this material.Also the researcher put an education plans that includes (12) educational subjects and for each plan two classes and used two tests, first one is (acquaintance, knowledge) second one is (skillful test), the whole materials was displayed to a number of specialist experts in (Methods of Teaching Art Education - designing - Design of fabrics - Measurement and Evaluation) To know its sincerity and stability.The researcher used the following statistic means : 1 - The T test for two independent samples.2 - The T test for two connected samples.3 - Coefficient of difficulty of paragraphs.4 - Coefficient of discrimination of paragraphs.5 - Coefficient of effectiveness of alternatives.6 - Equation of Cord Richard.7 - Holistic Equation.8 - Equation of the Centennial Agreement.9 - Equation of square Kai.While the fourth section : the results of the researcher was displayed and can be summed up by denying the research hypotheses that have proven wrong and upon that the researcher recommended the following : - Providing workshops, atelier, and the required tools and supplies that available to complete the practical classes and to give the fashion and elegance material a full and complete vision. - Attempting to change or reduce the regular ways and means for teaching and to use of diversity and the modern application and strategies because it increases the reaction and cooperating (Because repetition is boring. - The necessity of participating in continuing education and training courses for the material teachers during service to develop them skills to be acknowledge of the latest developments and the latest world in fashion and elegance teaching material and to learn how to use advanced digital and technological devices that can be used in the education process in classrooms. - The researcher suggested making a similar study by applying partner’s strategy education and vary according to the research community and they are other age groups taught the art of fashion design material. - Impact of partner’s education strategy in raising the level of knowledge and skill for Institute of applied Arts/ fashion design students.
