Abstract:
That the development of any civilization must be accompanied by mental, artistic and creative production and that the lack of these elements threatens that civilization recession and collapse , and reinforcing it is the creative capabilities and products of the reators that lend authenticity to the heritage of each nation and civilization development , and education is one of the most important means of progress of civilization , prosperity and growth cultural being the backbone of the entity so communities should be summoned to the change and looking forward reform in the educational system to live up to the level of knowledge renewed.Won the Undergraduate great deal of interest on the account the higher stages of the educational pyramid , and what was the university students of important groups in society who are the generation that has the responsibility to meet the challenges in allwalks of life , so it became necessary to characterize these students personalities creative motivation One of the basic necessities business and enterprise management, since the time is on the rise , needs and aspirations are the other in the growth and expansion ,there is no longer sufficient or even satisfactory business performance in organizations of different patterns and types of conventional routine methods because continuing the lead to stand a result fell behind the rapidly moving to forward or failure , so thesuccessful organizations in their work and in order to ensure that it remains a strong and influential and continuity should not stop at the extent of efficiency in the sense that convinced to carry out their work properly or functioning placed on it with honesty and sincerity , and despite the importance of this feeling and Highness , we must have ambition beyond that , are intended to more distant sight of the ultimate and hopes to even be creative creative institution , becomes creativity and innovation is the hallmark of their performance features and services.The quality of life development a primary goal for everyone, happy Individuals who feel good about their lives achievers and participants in the community are able to work for the prosperity of the community, as is the concept of quality of life one influentialvariables in people's behavior from the perspective of positive psychology because you can not imagine to live a man psychological health and happiness and the effectiveness of the catches that without meaning to his life in this existence, and that he should seekto uncover the meaning or creativity in some way. When you meet all the needs of the person feels that he can achieve its objectives and aspires to making it feel happy and extroversion and then stimulated to accept life actively, perseverance and desire to take into account the likelihood of success , but if it fails the individual to satisfy his needs, he feels frustration and pessimism and that he can not to achieve its objectives and making it feel despair and loss of hope and accept life coolly and frequency and is expected failure and was skeptical of success, leading to the loss of satisfaction with his life, which is an important mental health indicator rejoiced rights and happiness and sense of quality of life are all function indicators on the quality of life and mental health the decline of optimism and happiness they are pushing the individual to pessimism. The current research aimed to identify : 1. creative motivation among university students.2. The significance of differences in the creative motivation among university students , depending on the variables : sex (Males - Females ) , a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian) , classrooms (Second - Fourth).3. The quality of life of university students. 4. The significance of differences in the quality of life of college students depending on the variables : sex (Males - Females), a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian ) , classrooms (Second - Fourth).5. correlation between motivation, creativity and quality of life among university students.6. significance of differences in the correlation between the creative motivation and the quality of life of college students depending on the variables : sex (Males - Females) , and a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian ) and classrooms (Second - Fourth).The research identifies the students of the University of Qadisiyah scientific and humanitarian males and females and ranks second and fourth to study the morning of specialization , for the academic year (2015 - 2016).To achieve the objectives of the research researcher depends on the following : 1. At the creative motivation among university students scale, and consisted of the scale was finalized after the completion of the terms of validity and reliability and the ability to distinguish from (36) items distributed among three areas (Motivation , Grandma , Efficiency).2. adopt a quality of life measure of university students prepared ( AL - Gemayel , 2008) , and consisted of the scale was finalized (42) were distributed to paragraph (3) areas of life within the family , within the university life, life in the general environment.In order to achieve objectives of the research , the researcher apply the scales on a sample of (400) students, and then analyzed the data using statistical bagful of Social Sciences (Spss).The results were as follows : 1. that college students are characterized by creative motivation high.2. Creative Motivation is not affected by sex (Males - Females) and a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian) and classrooms (Second - Fourth).3. that college students have a sense of above - average quality of life.4. There is no difference among university students a sense of the relative quality of life that they were males or females. 5. that college students of humanitarian specialization are relatively more students a sense of scientific specialization quality of life.6. does not have university students that were in the second row or rows fourth relatively sense of the quality of life.7. There is a positive correlation between the creative motivation and quality of life relationship.8. There is no difference among university students if they are male or female or second rows or fourth rows in the creative motivation and their sense of the relative quality of life. While there is a difference in the correlation between the creative motivation andquality of life that they were students of scientific specialization at the university for their peers in the human specialization. In light of the findings of the research , the researcher offers a number of recommendations and proposals.
