Abstract:
احتوى هذا الباب على المقدمة والاهمية والمشكلة ومجالات البحث، اذ تم التطرق في اهمية البحث على الاسس العلمية الدقيقة التي اعتبرها منهجا للحركة الرياضية كخطوة لها للتطور والابداع من اجل النهوض بمستوى حراس المرمى لكرة القدم نحو الافضل من خلال انتقاء حراس المرمى باعمار (14 - 16) سنة بكرة القدم على ضوء المحددات الاساسية لهم باستخدام الاختبارات والقياسات كادوات علمية في هذا المجال الذي يلعب دورا فعالا في ايصال حارس المرمى الناشئ للمستويات العليا لتحقيق الانجاز. مشكلة البحث : - من خلال خبرة الباحث كونه حارس مرمى لعب ودرب العديد من الاندية العراقية والمنتخبات الوطنية، لاحظ الباحث هنالك مشكلة بارزة عند معظم المدربين وهي قلة استخدام الاسس العلمية في عملية انتقاء حراس مرمى باعمار (14 - 16) سنة بكرة القدم في العراق يؤمل فيهم مستقبل واعد وتطور ملموس والوصول للمستويات العليا، وبالتالي انعكست سلبا على مستوى حراس المنتخبات الوطنية، لذا لجا الباحث الى تحديد معايير ومستويات للمحددات البدنية والمهارية والوظيفية والنفسية لتكون مؤشرا صحيحا ومهما في عملية انتقاء حراس المرمى، مما يضمن نجاح العمل التدريبي واعطاء صورة واضحة لهذه العملية في المستقبل مستندة على اتباع الاسلوب العلمي في اختيار حراس المرمى بكرة القدم ليكونوراافدا حقيقيا لانديتهم وللمنتخبات الوطنية لتحقيق الانجازات العليا. اهداف البحث : - 1 - تحديد اهم الاختبارات الخاصة للقدرات البدنية والمهارية والوظيفية والنفسية والقياسات الجسمية للمحددات الاساسية لانتقاء حراس المرمى باعمار (14 - 16) سنة بكرة القدم.2 - ايجاد الدرجات المعيارية للقدرات البدنية والمهارية والوظيفية والنفسية والقياسات الجسمية للمحددات الاساسية لانتقاء حراس المرمى باعمار (14 - 16) سنة بكرة القدم.3 - تحديد المستويات للقدرات البدنية والمهارية والوظيفية والنفسية والقياسات الجسمية للمحددات الاساسية لانتقاء حراس المرمى باعمار (14 - 16) سنة بكرة القدم. مجالات البحث : - المجال البشري : حراس مرمى باعمار (14 - 16) سنة للاندية محافظة بغداد والاكاديميات التخصصية في المحافظة.المجال الزماني : المدة من 2/ 12/2016 ولغاية 17/6/ 2017المجال المكاني : ملاعب الاكاديميات التخصصية واندية البحث. الباب الثاني : الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة : - تطرق الباحث في هذا الباب الى الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة، اذ اشتملت الدراسات النظرية الاتي(المعايير، والمستويات، وخصائص النمو لفئة الناشئين، ومفهوم الانتقاء ودوره في المجال الرياضي لكرة القدم، واهداف الانتقاء لكرة القدم، وانواع الانتقاء لكرة القدم، مراحل عملية انتقاء الناشئين، واهمية الاختبارات والمقاييس في المجال الرياضي عند الانتقاء، وحارس المرمى، وطرائق الاختيار والانتقاء ودوره لحراس المرمى الناشئين لكرة القدم، والقياسات الجسمية (الانثروبومترية) لانتقاء حراس المرمى، واهمية القياسات الجسمية (الانثروبومترية) في المجال الرياضي، واهمية القياسات الجسمية (الانثروبومترية) لحراس المرمى، والقياسات الجسمية (الانثروبومترية) الواجب مراعاتها عند اختيار حارس المرمى لكرة القدم، والمحددات الاساسية للانتقاء حراس المرمى الناشئين لكرة القدم) في حين اشتملت الدراسات المشابهة دراستين هي (دراسة عبد الكريم محمود احمد السامرائي ودراسة قحطان جليل خليل العزاوي). الباب الثالث : منهج البحث واجراءاته الميدانية : - اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة بوصفه انسب المناهج وايسرها لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة، وحددت عينته بحراس المرمى الناشئين باعمار (14 - 16) سنة المشاركين في دوري بغداد لكرة القدم للموسم (2016 - 2017) والبالغ عددهم (160) حارس مرمى، وتحديد الاختبارات والقياسات الخاصة للمحددات الاساسية للانتقاء حراس المرمى، والادوات المستخدمة، والتجربة الاستطلاعية للتعرف على صلاحية الاجراءات التنظيمية والادارية، والاسس العلمية للاختبارات والقوة التميزية لها، ومفردات الاختبارات، والحقيبة الاحصائية (SPSS) لغرض معالجة البيانات. الباب الرابع : عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها : - تضمن هذا الباب عرض الاوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، والمستويات المعيارية لنتائج الاختبارات والقياسات للمحددات الاساسية لموضوع الدراسة، ووضعها في جداول ومن ثم تحليلها ومناقشتها باسلوب علمي دقيق مدعم بالمصادر العلمية الرصينة، والتي تم التوصل من خلالها الى تحقيق اهداف البحث.الباب الخامس : الاستنتاجات والتوصيات : - تضمن هذا الباب مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحث من خلال النتائج الاحصائية التي افرزتها الدراسة، اذ تم التاكيد على التوصيات باعتماد المحددات الاساسية في عملية الانتقاء واعتماد الاختبارات والقياسات في تحقيق اهداف الانتقاء والتقويم بالاستناد على الدرجات المعيارية والمستويات التي توصل اليها الباحث. | This section contains the introduction, importance, problem and areas of research. The importance of the research on the scientific bases was considered as a method of sports movement as a step towards development and creativity in order to improve the level of goalkeepers football for the better through the selection of goalkeepers ages (14 - 16) The year of football in the light of their basic determinants using tests and measurements as scientific tools in this field which plays an active role in delivering the emerging goalkeeper to the higher levels of achievement. Research problem : - Through the experience of the researcher as a goalkeeper played and trained many Iraqi clubs and national teams, the researcher noted there is a problem with most prominent trainers, a lack of use of scientific foundations in the process of selecting goalkeepers ages (14 - 16) years of football in Iraq, The researcher sought to determine the standards and levels of the physical, skill, functional and psychological determinants to be a correct and important indicator in the selection process of goalkeepers, which ensures the success of the training work and give a clear picture of this work. In the future based on the scientific method of selecting football goalkeepers to be a real extension of their clubs and national teams to achieve higher achievements. research goals : - 1 - Determining the most important tests for the physical, skill, functional, psychological and physical measurements of the basic determinants of the selection of goalkeepers (ages 14 - 16) in football. 2 - Find the standard grades of physical abilities, skill, functional and psychological and physical measurements of the basic determinants of the selection of goalkeepers ages (14 - 16) years in football. 3 - Determination of levels of physical, skill, functional, psychological and physical measurements of the basic determinants of the selection of goalkeepers ages (14 - 16) years in football. Research fields : - Human field : goalkeeper (14 - 16) years old for clubs Baghdad province and specialized academies in the province. The area of Azerbaijan : the period from 2/12/2016 to 17/6/2017 Sphere : Specialized academies and research clubs. Part Two : Theoretical and similar studies : - In this section, the researcher discussed theoretical and similar studies. The theoretical studies included the following (criteria, levels, growth characteristics of the youth group, the concept of selection and its role in the sports field of football, goals of selection of football, types of selection of football, Tests and standards in the field of sports in the selection, goalkeeper, selection and selection methods and role for the emerging soccer goalkeepers, anthropometric measurements for the selection of goalkeepers, the importance of physical measurements (anthropometric) in the field of sports, and the most important The anthropometric measurements of the goalkeepers, the anthropometric measurements to be taken into consideration when selecting the goalkeeper, the basic determinants of the selection of football goalkeepers), while similar studies included two studies (the study of Abdul Karim Mahmood Ahmad al - Samarrai and the study of Qahtan Jalil Khalil Azzawi). Part Three : Research Methodology and Field Procedures : The researcher adopted the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the problem as the most appropriate and easy methods to achieve the objectives of the study. The sample was set by the young goalkeepers aged (14 - 16) years in the Baghdad football league for the season (2016 - 2017) of (160) Special tests and measurements of the basic determinants of the selection of goalkeepers, the tools used, the exploratory experiment to identify the validity of regulatory and administrative procedures, the scientific basis of tests and the strength of the tests, the vocabulary of tests and the statistical pouch for the purpose of data processing. Chapter Four : Presentation, Analysis and Discussion of Results : This section includes the presentation of the computational environment and the standard deviations, standard levels of test results and measurements of the basic determinants of the subject of the study, and their status in tables and then analyzed and discussed in a scientific method supported by accurate scientific sources, in which it was achieved to achieve the objectives of the research. PART V : CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS This section includes a set of conclusions reached by the researcher through the statistical results produced by the study. The recommendations were emphasized by adopting the basic determinants in the selection process and the adoption of tests and measurements in achieving the objectives of selection and evaluation based on the standard grades and levels reached by the researcher.
