Abstract:
ركزت الدراسة على ضرورة ادارة الاحتراف الرياضي بمهنية وكفاءة عالية من قبل الادارات الرياضية في اندية كرة اليد واتباع الاساليب الاحترافية في التعامل مع كافة اركان الاحتراف ( اتحاد - مدرب - لاعب) , اضافة على اهمية اعتمادها معايير واسس علمية لتقييم سعر لاعبي كرة اليد .مشكلة البحث : ـ وفقا لمتابعة الباحث لاهم الاحداث الرياضية في كرة اليد العراقية , لاحظ وجود خلل في عملية ادارة الاحتراف الرياضي للعبة كرة اليد , فهناك تقصير في العديد من الجوانب الادارية والاقتصادية والقانونية المتعلقة بنجاح الاحتراف , والمشكلة الاخرى التي شخصها الباحث هو عدم وجود نظام حقيقي او معيار واضح ومتفق عليه لتقييم سعر اللاعبين المحترفين لكرة اليد في العراق.اهداف الدراسة هي : 1. بناء وتقنين مقياسي الادارات المحترفة واسس تقييم سعر اللاعبين في اندية كرة اليد.2. التعرف على مستوى ادارة الاحتراف الرياضي من قبل الادارات المحترفة في اندية كرة اليد.3. التعرف على مستوى تقييم سعر اللاعبين في اندية كرة اليد .مجالات البحث : المجال البشري : اعضاء الهيئات الادارية والكوادر التدريبية للاندية الرياضية بكرة اليد للدرجة الممتازة فضلا عن اعضاء الاتحاد المركزي والاتحادات الفرعية لكرة اليد.المجال الزماني : للمدة من 25 - 01 - 2016 الى 20 - 04 - 2017المجال المكاني : المقرات والقاعات الرياضية الداخلية للاتحادات والاندية الرياضية بكرة اليد المشمولة بالدراسة.الفصل الثاني / الدراسات النظرية والدراسات السابقة تناول الباحث الادارة بمفهومها العام وعلاقتها بالعلوم الاخرى , والتعرف على الادارة الرياضية ومهاراتها واهم المهام التي تقوم بها , وتناول موضوع الاحتراف والاحتراف الرياضي واهم مكوناته والعوامل التي تساهم في نجاحه .الفصل الثالث / منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي , وتكونت عينة البحث من (181) عضوا من السادة اعضاء الهيئات الادارية والكوادر التدريبية للاندية الرياضية بكرة اليد للدرجة الممتازة فضلا عن اعضاء الاتحاد المركزي والاتحادات الفرعية لكرة اليد, وقد قسمت عينة البحث الى قسمين الاول لاجراءات تصميم المقياسين وبنائهما وكان الثاني لغرض تطبيق استمارة المقياسين بصيغتيهما النهائيتين.الفصل الرابع / عرض النتائج ومناقشتها تضمن عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها.الفصل الخامس / الاستنتاجات والتوصياتالاستنتاجات• ان المقياسين اللذان صممهما الباحث قادران على الكشف عن مستوى الادارات المحترفة وتقييم سعر اللاعبين في اندية كرة اليد للدرجة الممتازة في العراق , وقد تم تحديد المجالات للمقياسين.التوصيات• اعتماد مقياسي الادارات المحترفة واسس تقييم سعر اللاعبين بكرة اليد والاستفادة منهما في ادارة الاحتراف الرياضي لاندية كرة اليد العراقية . | The study focused on the need to manage professional sports professionally and efficiently by the sports departments in the handball clubs and professional methods in dealing with all levels of professionalism (union - coach - player), in addition to the importance of adopting standards and scientific foundations to evaluate the price of handball players .Problem of the Study According to the researcher's follow - up of the most important sports events in Iraqi handball, he noticed that there is a defect in the process of managing the sport professionalism of handball. There is a shortcoming in many administrative, economic and legal aspects related to the success of professionalism. The other problem identified by the researcher is the absence of a real system and consistent standard to assess the price of professional handball players in Iraq.Aims of the Study1. Building and standardizing the measure of professional administrations and the measure of the standards of evaluating the players' prices in handball sport clubs.2. Identifying the level of the sport professional administration by the professional administrations in handball sport clubs.3. Identifying the level of evaluating the players' prices in handball sport clubs.Scope of the Study1. The human scope : sport associations, administrative commissions and the training cadre for the handball sport clubs.2. The temporal scope : from 05 - 02 - 2016 up to 01 - 05 - 2017.3. The spatial scope : The clubs halls in question.Chapter Two : The Theoretical Administration in its general concept and its relationship to other sciences were examined. Identifying the sport management, its skills, their most important tasks as well as the administrations of the sport clubs with their duties were also examined. Then, the researcher discussed the topic of professionalism, sport professionalism, its components, and the factors that lead to its success . Chapter Three : Methodology and Field Procedures The researcher used the descriptive approach with a survey. Sample of the study consisted of 181 admin working in the central federation of handball and the sub - federations plus the admin commissions and the training cadre for the handball sport clubs in the premier league. The sample was divided into two : the first section is for procedures of designing the measure and its building and the second is for applying the measuring form in its final form.Chapter Four : It includes displaying, analyzing, and discussing the results Chapter FiveConclusions• The two Measures designed by the researcher are able to reveal the level of professional departments and the evaluation of the price of players in the handball clubs for the premier degree in Iraq.Recommendations• Adopting the measure of professional administrations of handball clubs for the premier league to identify the level of sport professional administration.
