Abstract:
يعد التعليم اسلوب لنهوض المجتمع وتطوره فكريا وحضاريا ، وقد لوحظ في السنوات الاخيرة تفاقم ظاهرة خطيرة ومؤثرة سلبيا على النظام التعليمي اذ اصبح التدريس الخصوصي في كافة المراحل ضرورة لابد منهوالاسيما في مرحلة السادس الاعدادي فرع العلمي لكون هذه المرحلة تحدد مصير ومستقبل الطالب ، وان الدروس الخصوصية تشكل اعباءا نفسية وجسدية ومادية للطالب فالاسر الفقيرة حتى متوسطة الدخل منها لاتستطيع تحمل النفقات الاضافية ، وبذلك تتولد فوارق بين الطلبة ، وقد يحرم العديد من الطلبة من الدخول للجامعات بسبب اعتماد معظم المدارس على عدم اكمال المناهج والاعتماد على الدروس الخصوصية . وبعد ابراز المشكلة بكل جوانبها الخطيرة ودراسة اهم العوامل المؤثرة على انتشار هذه الظاهرة باستعمال اسلوب التحليل العاملي وايضا دراسة التفاعل والعلاقة بين المتغيرات (اطراف وداخل مدينة بغداد) كلا على حدى ومجتمعة باستعمال اسلوب التحليل العنقودي فضلا عن دراسة استقلالية بعض المتغيرات من عدمها ، وقد تم التوصل الى نتائج التحليل العاملي الى ان مركبة الاثار النفسية والفوارق الطبقية الناتجة من ظاهرة التدريس الخصوصي قداحتلت المرتبة الاولى تليها مركبة الاثار السلبية لظاهرة التدريس الخصوصي تليها في الترتيب مركبة تاثير الطالب ودوره للحد من ظاهرة التدريس الخصوصي واخيرا كانت مركبة الملاك التدريسي ودوره في ظاهرة التدريس الخصوصي هي الاخيرة ، ومن نتائج التحليل العنقودي ظهور مدى قوة علاقة المتغير X8 (عدم ملائمة الاسئله للجهود المبذولة من قبل التدريسين) والتصاقه مع اكثر من متغيرفقد تعنقد مع المتغيرX24 (قلة تحديث المناهج بما يتواكب مع التطورات في الدول المتقدمة) والمتغير X11 (اضعاف دور المؤسسات التربوية والاساءة للعملية التربوية وللعملية التدريسية) ومع المتغيرX1 (تدني مستوى الطالب في بعض المواد العلمية). وكذلك حصل التصاق للمتغيرX25 قلة ثقة الطالب بقدراته العلمية مع اكثر من متغيرفقد تعنقد X18 (عدم انهاء المفردات الدراسية بالفترة المقررة) ، وكذلك مع المتغير X16 (التدريس الخصوصي يحمل الاسرة اعباء مادية اضافية) .فضلاعن تعنقد المتغيرX1 (تدني مستوى الطالب في بعض المواد العلمية) وبين المتغيرX2 (كثرة التغيب وعدم الانتظام بالدوام الرسمي) ، وكذلك مع المتغيرX12 (تدني النظرة للتعليم عموما) ، وقد تعنقد المتغيرX16 (تحميل الاسرة اعباء مادية اضافية) مع المتغيرX15 (ضعف الحوافز والمردود المادي للمدرسين) .واخيرا اشارت نتائج اختبار الاستقالية بين المتغيرات الديموغرافية وهي (نوع الجنس, نوع الاعدادية، مهنة الاب , مهنة الام , نوع السكن, مستوى تعليم الاب, مستوى تعليم الام) الى وجود علاقة مع ظاهرة انتشار التدريس الخصوصي. | Education is style for the advancement of society and its development intellectually and culturally has been observed in recent years. The growing phenomenon of serious could lead to the collapse of the education and the loss of educational institutions prestige has become tutoring in all stages of something inevitable, especially in the sixth stage of preparatory branch of science to the fact that this stage to identify the fate and future of the student .Alasirafiqirh cannot afford the additional thus generated differences among students has deprived many students from entering universities because most schools rely on non - completion of the curriculum and the reliance on private lessons we have seen in this research after presenting the problem in all its aspects serious is the study of the most important factors Affecting the spread of the phenomenon and also study the interaction and the relationship between the variables through consensus tables to study the autonomy of some of the variables by studying the compatibility tables to study the autonomy of some variables or not, and reached it's a boat psychological effects and class differences resulting from the phenomenon of tutoring, which ranked first, followed by a boat the negative effects the phenomenon of tutoring followed by student vechicle effect and its role to reduce the phenomenon of tutoring and finally vehicle teaching staff and its role in the face of tutoring and thus bring the global analysis of the results of cluster analysis zaoraltvaal and how strong the relationship between the input variables in the analysis back to us algosaq and clustering of X8 variable and not appropriate questions for the efforts made by the teachers with more than one variable has clustering with X2 variable or lack of update curricula to cope with the developments in advanced variable X11 additional countries and weaken the role of educational institutions and for awarding the educational process and the process of teaching with the variable X1 low level of the student in some scientific subjects. And also won adhesion of the variable and clustering of the variable X25 lack claim student scientific abilities with more than one variable has clustering with the X18 variable never finishes vocabulary school in the prescribed period, as well as with the X16 variable tutoring carries a family burdens extra material in addition to the clustering of variable X1 low level students in some scientific subjects and between X2 variable plenty of absenteeism and lack official hours and with variable X12 outlook generally low education.
