Abstract:
The current research aims to detect : 1. The geometrical Thinking in the teenagers according.2. The geometrical Thinking in teenagers according the ages(12, 14, 17) years.3. The geometrical Thinking in teenagers according to (Van Hail)levels a - perceptual level.b - analytical level.c - organizational level.d - deductive level.4. Significance of differences of geometrical Thinking according to,a - ages(12, 14, 16) years.b - gender(female, male).c - specialization(scientific, literate).The sample of research consisted of (400) student distributed to the stages (first intermediate - third intermediate - fifth preparatory) , and the researcher prepared for this purpose the geometrical thinking test which consisted of (24) items and all of these were objective items multi in favor of the literary specialization.According to above , the researcher concluded that the geometrical thinking has extreme importance in the teenagers at the four level, so the researcher recommends the need to pay attention in geometrical subjects in educational curriculums and develop them , as well as preparing practical programs in the secondary school which interested in how to deal with the geometrical shapes and know their characteristics ,for activation the men to ability in the teenagers and courage them to in novation , so an extension of this study , the researcher suggest similar studies in different educational stages which begin from the primary school by building at raining program to detect the geometrical thinking in children based on (Van Hill) levels in geometrical thinking .
