Abstract: لقد اصبحت الحاجة الى تقييم جودة الخدمات الفندقية التي تقدمها المستشفيات للمرضى الراقدين حاجة ملحة وضرورية جدا لكونها تتعلق بسلامة الحالة الصحية للمريض الراقد بصورة خاصة وللمجتمع بصورة عامة اضافة الى انه اصبح لزاما على ادارات المستشفيات مواكبة عملية التط | Has become the need to assess the quality of hotel services provided by hospitals for patients admitted to an urgent need and are very necessary as they relate to the safety of the health atatus of the patient lying inparticular and society in general in additi to that it has become imperative for the departments of hospitals cope with the process of evolution and acceleration in scientific discoveries and to reach out to the state of scientific progress , similar to what has reached the hospitals to the regional or global level. This research aims to evaluate the quality of the performace of hotel services provided by the hospital of baquba education from the perspective of patient are a sleep. To measure the overall quality of these services through the use of "performanc measurement services performance " " SERVPERF" Dimensions of the five , which focuses on measuring actual performance of the services hotel provided the patient lying where the problem of servchattempt to deliver the performance of quality hotel services to upgrade the quality of service through touch the shortcomings and weaknesses and help to support and develop. Hare revealed the results of the analysis of a relationship between the dimensions of the five components of the measure of the quality of hotel services with overall quality of service also showed results positive impressi of the patients in the hospital for overall quality of the hotel services provided to them and saide , 86.6% of them to a good level and a bove have been recommended to search the need to find waysdirect and fast connection with catering in order to increase the speed of response to changing food items for cases that require a special type of food.
