This study seeks to achieve the following objectives : 1 - knowledge of the relationship and influence between the dimensions of promotional activity and health service in the study sample.2 - Identify the fundamentals of promotional activity and the provision of health service.3 - stand over the application of promotional activity in the health organizations (study sample).For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study were planned Hypothetically specify the nature of the relationship between the independent variable dimensions and proportions based variable mode, and for the disclosure of the nature of this relationship has been formulated several hypotheses were tested using the means of advanced statistical, and the application of statistical program For windows - spss - 18, used the coefficient simple to measure the correlation between variables and test the link (z) to know the moral of this relationship, and test (F) to determine the moral regression equation, it was also used (R2) to explain the amount of the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable.
