Abstract: كرس البحث لدراسة العروض المسرحية المقدمة في مهرجان مسرح الطفل في العراق على الصعيدين التربوي والفني. وضم البحث اربعة فصول، تناول الفصل الاول مشكلة البحث التي تحددت بالسؤال الاتي : (ما القيم التربوية والفنية في عروض مهرجان مسرح الطفل في العراق ؟).تتلخص ا | This study devoted its interesting about the theater provided in the Children's Theatre Festival in Iraq for two levels of education and art. The research is composed of four chapters ,the first chapter dealt with the problem of research and identified the following query about : (What are the educational values and artistic offerings in Children's Theatre Festival in Iraq? ).Summed up the importance of the current search set of points ,namely : - - According to playwrights interested in the theater of the child and contribute to the success of their mission and their experience of drama and art in the writing of the text of a theatrical education educational.According to technical education teachers working in primary and middle schools in the artistic activity of the Directorate of Education. - According to the directors in the field of children's theater and theater of the child concerned circle cinema, theater and children's culture department of the Ministry of Culture. Accordingly, the current research aims to : - - Detection of the values of educational offerings in children's theater festival in Iraq. - Detection of artistic values in the festival offers children's theater in Iraq.The chapter also include within the research objective identified in the theatrical performances presented in the Children's Theatre Festival in Iraq, its sessions and the five spatially in Iraq Baghdad and the timetable for the period from 2003 2008 and contains that chapter on also determine the terms and defined.The second chapter devoted to the theoretical framework of research and previous studies in which, as it included four sections. the fourth examines the first educational values, and address the second topic artistic , values ,.while the third section dealt with children's theater, spoke of the fourth section on historical perspective in the experience of children's theater in Iraq , and concluded the chapter with the most important indicators that resulted in our conceptual framework and presentation of the previous studies and discussed. In the third chapter, the researcher identified the research methodology and procedures and identify the research community, which includes (35) a theatrical performance, the researcher chose a sample examined. Random manner to write the names of offers on scraps of paper each session separately, it reached the sample (5) performances in the form of discs (CD), and these presentations are : - 1 - a play (the bird and the fox) : Author Natiq Khulusi,directed by Abbas al - Khafaji.2 - play ( the world of the vitamins ) : Written and directed by Hussein Ali Harff. 3 - play (the reward of the Sultan) : Written and directed by Faleh Al - Abdullah.4 - play (Asia go to school) : Edited by Asad - Hilali and directed by Baker Nayef.5 - play (Sheikh and table) : Written and directed by Faleh A1 - Abdullah.To achieve the goals adopted by the researcher Search tools , namely : 1 - Tool educational values : that relied on classification ( White - Hiti ) the developer , which was introduced to a group of experts to identify the validity and measurement of the first goal, which.called for it, as well as measurement reliability was the use of equation (Holsti) to find a coefficient of agreement between the arbitrators (analysts)2 - Tool artistic values : the researcher has discussed building a tool that was b (i form content analysis of theatrical performances to the values of art) was introduced to a group of experts on the validity of exposure and a measure of the second objective, which called for him.In chapter IV of the results reached through the presentation of the researcher and the most important conclusions from them.1 - varied theatrical performances in the book focus on the educational values some of them focused on a particular group of them did not focus on the rest of the values.2 - characterized by the values of six years as the most important and focus of the theater, namely, (a fun ,aggression, food, generosity, intelligence' diligence and attention, and the unit group, employment, health and safety of the body, love of family, beauty, happiness, conduct' control. honesty, knowledge).3 - showed some of the theater twice in both sides of the lighting. sc as to not having the director in collaboration with lighting designer enough time for the processing of the exhibition ha1l to suit the theatrical work of them receive the hall a few hours of time to display in the festival, forcing the director depending on the illumination of concentrated and flood only in the theater. 4 - showed most of the theater twice in the make - up except the play (the world of vitamins), characterized by makeup personalities and the reason for this is due to the paucity of material and the absence of specialists in this area of the art technical especially in the plays of artistic activity for the Directorate of Education to participate in this festival According to concluded results done by the researcher o she isrecommend the following : 1 - Increase the awareness and governmental assistance for the child theatre and increase the financial customizations for the child produce in the directorate of cinema and theatre.2 - Prolonging by the art level for the children play introduced about the level of direction and writing as well theatre techniques 3 - Necessity for responsible to take care by the directorate of cinema and theatre by making the perfect archived for play show concern the child theatre carnival in Iraq via the Video or photograph development in color if found.4 - Checking the theatre show submitted to children before exhibitto check if it's valuable contents.5 - delegate specialist in the field of makeup outside Iraq to notify the latest techniques and developments in the makeup art and what modern product.6 - abandon the makeup materials in the art institutions to facilitate the makeup working and aid it in addition to take care by and on the library concern the makeup accessories.7 - arrange the exhibit show table for carnival by the form allowto each exhibit the adequate time to prepare the accessoriesand techniques like decoration, lighting, and effects ,... etc.For that the researcher suggest : 1. perform complete art. and educational study in the academictheatre shows.2. perform the educational and art study for the theatre dummyshow.3 - perform the analytical study for attractive elements in the theatre statement directed to children.4 - perform study about the relation between dialogue and personality in the theatre work directed to children.5 - perform the analytical study for the personality of hero in thechild theatre.This chapter include a list of references in Arabic and English ,finally the research finished by the abstract in English language
