Abstract:
يهدف البحث الى التعرف على طبيعة السلوك القيادي لمدربي الالعاب الجماعية والالعاب الفردية لذوي الاعاقة الفيزياوية. وتكونت عينة البحث من (40) لاعب تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية موزعين على (5) الالعاب (2) جماعية (3) الفردية لذوي الاعاقة الفيزياوية. وقد | The research aims to identify the nature of leadership behavior to trainers of group games and individual games of disability Louis. The research sample consisted of(40) player selected randomly disabused (5) games (2) group (3) the individual with disabilities physical. Has been applied to measure leadership behavior on (25/3/2012 until 10/4/2012) the researcher concluded that there was no significant difference between leadership behavior to trainers of team sport and individual disability physical the one who recommends using more than one researcher conduct a leadership training during the process and I in line with type of event, which oversees the training of the coach.
