Abstract:
Iraq has seen exceptional circumstances after the ninth of April 2003 AD led to confusion great career in journalism, and solving the Ministry of Culture and Information, and the issuance of a large number of publications to a private party and other publications issued by organizations and individuals, as well as starting promised radio stations audible and visual varied in its ownership, is added to the expansion of electronic media as an experiment of a new Iraqi occupation after all these methods work better in the absence of legislation to regulate the media crisis journalistic work, which led to a field if the media is open to everyone to work in the profession of journalism without professional controls.Has resulted in this environment, new media secretions intellectual, political, and the absence of many of the professional standards, in turn, reflected on the ethics of press, so the aim of this study lost the changes in the media after the Iraqi occupation to know the professional ethics of journalism Iraq after 9 \ 4 \ 2003 and limits exercised, and the extent of compliance with, and the pressure on the Iraqi press, and sources of ethics releases, and procedures necessary to regulate the work journalist in electronic media, has adopted a researcher survey method (based on the description) to study the research community and the design of the Abstractquestionnaire, which was distributed to Iraqi journalists workers in Iraqi newspapers (alsabaah - sabah newspaper the government, while the third section included tables and data analysis for the newspapers of the Iraqi independent ( azzaman - AL mada ), and the fourth section included tables and analysis data for newspapersIraqi party, then interpret the results of the study and discussed in the light of the research problem and its questions, the study found several results including : that Iraqi newspapers have standards and traditions and controls its own obliges journalists adopted during the journalistic practice to maintain professional values and good practice of journalism as it was the first of these standards in the morning newspaper is (to maintain the secrets of the profession), either in independent newspapers, as well as the party got the first rank (published facts and information without bias to a particular destination), which shows that each newspaper Iraqi professional standards established confirm Rsantha professional, as well as the Iraqi newspapers and their employees subjected to external pressures affect professional performance as experienced newspaper (alsabaah ) primarily to the pressure was the part of the parties, either pressure independent newspapers wereprimarily from the side (militias or armed groups), while the pressures newspapers party it was before (the readers of the newspaper and requirements ), and the study showed multiple sources of ethics press in the Iraqi press after the year 2003, as adopted by the morning newspaper on the source of the (IMN) came first place, either in independent newspapers got (Press Foundation) on the first prize, while in newspapers partisan the (Iraqi Constitution) first prize as the main source of journalistic ethics sources, the study found the possibility to organize and develop the electronic press in the new Iraqi scene.In light of the findings of her study, the study recommended the following : 1 - need to pay attention the press and journalists, Iraqis and provide them full protection during their work and protect them through the amendment of the law and the rights of journalists to make it legal and social guarantees.2 - need to agree on a unified code of ethics for all journalists and media agreed upon by all the Iraqi specialized organizations working journalist in Iraq and the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate in its content includes newspapers printed paper and electronic newspapers.3 -
