Abstract:
تضمن الفصل الاول التعريف بالبحث واهميته لما تضمنه من دراسة جوانب مهمة وكثيرة سيكون لها الاثر الكبير في تطوير التدريب والمساهمة في تطوير برامج التدريب والعملية التدريبية وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتدريب الناشئين وتنظيم التدريب والبرنامج التدريبي وفقا لمساهمة القدرات في المهارات والعمل على تطوير الجوانب المختلفة التي تتطلبها لعبة كرة القدم , اذ تم تحديد مشكلة البحث بان اغلب البرامج التدريبية يتم وضعها وفقا للخبرة الشخصية التي يمتلكها المدرب او من يخطط لوضع البرنامج التدريبي اي ان هنالك عشوائية في وضع الحجوم التدريبية للقدرات الحركية والبدنية عند وضعها في برامج التدريب وعدم وجود قاعدة علمية يتم الاستناد عليها في توزيع تلك القدرات وفقا لنسبة مساهمتها , وعمل الباحث على التوصل لحلول لهذه المشكلة من خلال وضع اهداف البحث وهي : 1. التعرف على اهم القدرات البدنية والحركية والمهارات للناشئين بكرة القدم 2. تصميم بعض الاختبارات البدنية والحركية والمهارية .3. التعرف على نسبة مساهمة القدرات البدنية والحركية في بعض المهارات .4. اعداد برنامج تدريبي وفقا لنسبة مساهمة القدرات الحركية والبدنية في المهارات وتطبيق ذلك البرنامج .5. التعرف على تاثير البرنامج التدريبي في القدرات البدنية والحركية والمهارات المبحوثة . اما مجالات البحث فكانت : - المجال البشري : فريق مشروع البطل الاولمبي للناشئين لكرة القدم التابع للجنة الاولمبية الوطنية العراقية باعمار 14 - 15 سنة المجال الزماني : الفترة من ( 15 / 11 /2016 ولغاية 10 / 9 / 2017 ) المجال المكاني : ملعب الاكاديمية العراقية الرياضية في ملعب الشعب الدولي واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذي المجوعتين الضابطة والتجريبية على مجتمع تكون من ( 60 ) لاعبا, واختار منهم بعد بعض الاجراءات الخاصة بالبحث , عينة تكونت من ( 40 ) لاعبا توزعت على مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية لكل مجموعة ( 20 ) لاعبا وتم توزيعهم بشكل عشوائي عن طريق القرعة . . عمد الباحث في الفصل الرابع الى عرض النتائج المتحققة في جداول خاصة وبشكل واضح ومفهوم ومناقشة تلك النتائج بعد تحليلها تحليلا علميا سليما ودقيقا بالاعتماد على المصادر العلمية الرصينة والحديثة بعدما استعان ببرنامج الحقيبة الاحصائية ( SPSS ) في التوصل الى النتائج وتحقيق فرضيات البحث .وجاء الفصل الخامس ليستنتج خلاصة ما توصل اليه الباحث من نتائج اذ استنتج : ان تنظيم التدريبات وفقا لالية ربط الجوانب البدنية والحركية مع المهارات من خلال استخدام تدريبات تتلائم وطبيعة اللاعب الناشئ هو الانسب في تطوير قدراتهم ومهاراتهم وان تطوير تلك القدرات سيطور الجهاز العصبي المركزي لارتباط تلك القدرات بذلك الجهاز بشكل رئيسي وخاصة الحركية منها , , وان البرنامج التدريبي قد حقق كافة اهدافه , حيث ان تطوير القدرات والمهارات يتناسب طرديا وفقا للنتائج المتحققة .ومن خلال تلك الاستنتاجات اوصى الباحث بما يلي : - الاعتماد على الاجهزة والادوات الحديثة في التدريب والاهتمام بتوزيع القدرات وفقا لنسبة مساهمتها في المهارات , وكذلك الاستفادة من جهازي ( POLOR وRANDOM SHOT ) وكذلك الاستفادة من الاختبارات التي صممها الباحث والاستفادة من اجراءات البحث في اجراء بحوث مختلفة وفقا للسن او الجنس وعلى وفق قدرات اللاعبين . | ((The effect of a training program according to the contribution percentage of the physical and kinetic abilities in some skills for junior football player))Researcher : SAFAA SAHIB NAYYEF Supervisor : Prof. Assis. Dr. ANAAM JALEEL IBRAHIM The thesis included five chapters : First chapter : (Introducing the Research)The first chapter included the introduction of the research and its importance because it included many important aspects that will have a big effect in developing training, contribution in developing the training programs and the training progress especially what is related to train junior players, organizing training and the training program according to the contribution of the abilities in the skills and work on developing different aspects that are required by the football game, where the thesis's problem was identified that most of the training programs are based on the personal experience owned by the trainer or who's making the training program, thus, there is random in putting training volumes for the kinetic and physical abilities when they are used in the training program and there is no scientific rule that are based in distributing these abilities according to its contribution percentage and the work of the researcher to reach solution for these problems through the procedures he did.The research aimed to : 1. Acknowledging the contribution percentage of the physical abilities in the chosen skills for the program.2. Acknowledging the contribution percentage of the kinetic abilities in the chosen skills for the program.3. Preparing a training program according to the contribution percentage of the kinetic and physical abilities in the chosen skills.4. Recognition the differences between the previous and later tests for the variables under study (chosen skills for the experimental group). 5. Recognition the differences between the previous and later tests for the variables under study (chosen skills for the control group). 6. Recognition the differences between later tests for the two groups (the experimental and control groups under study for the variables under study).The research's domains were : Human domain : Olympic hero project team for junior football player of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee.Time domain : the period from (15/11/2016 to 07/09/2017)Location domain : Athletic Iraqi Academic Football Field in Al - Shaab National Football FieldSecond Chapter : (Theoretical and Related Studies (Similar Studies))The chapter included the theoretical and related studies where the researcher has read a lot of resources before writing this chapter and benefiting from it to make the research's procedures and also by reading studies and researches that are similar to the study performed by the researcher.Third Chapter : (Research Curriculum and Field Procedures) The researcher used the experimental curriculum on a society of (60) football players from the Athletic Iraqi Academic Football Players of the Olympic hero project / Iraqi National Olympic Committee and chose (40) of them after some special procedures of the research, then they were divided randomly by a lot in to an experimental and control group each of (20) players.The program was applied on the experimental group, where curriculum of the academic's supervisors was applied on the control group, the training units were the same for both groups but the difference was only in the physical and kinetic program designed by the research applied on the experimental group, the training unit time was between (90 - 120 min) and the training program time was between (15 - 45 min).The researcher depended on the available accessories, potentials and tools and also used resources and experiences to make the course of the study scientific and safe, after assuring the safety of all procedures and its scientific aspects, the training program was applied after making the previous tests and then making the later tests and using the statistical means that with the studying procedures, its goals and its hypotheses in order to achieve the thesis's goals.Fourth Chapter : (Presenting Results, analyzing and discussing them)In this chapter, the researcher has showed the achieved results in special tables in a clear and understandable way and discussing these results after analyzing them in a scientific, precise and safe way by relying on trusted and modern scientific resources after using the statistical bag program (SPSS) in achieving results and the thesis's hypotheses.Fifth Chapter : (Conclusions and Recommendations)This chapter has included what the summary of the results that were achieved by the researcher and they were : 1. The regulation of trainings according to the mechanism of connecting the physical and kinetic aspects with the kills is the best, most appropriate and the most effective in developing abilities and skills.2. Working on developing the peripheral and central nervous system in the age is of the priorities that contribute in developing abilities and skills.3. Adding excitement and enjoyment contribute to a large extent in developing abilities, skills and helps to prepare players to training.4. Using modern tools and devices in training gives better results and precision in developing players' kinetic and physical levels and also their abilities in performance.5. Focusing on giving a rest between repetitions and groups has a great importance and commitment to work times in regards to rest gives a big effect on developing all abilities and skills because all the training procedures depends on equilibrium between work and rest (building and destructions), building is performed during rest.6. Depending on scientific methods in distributing size, intensity and density is more precise and effective than relying on personal experience or previous performed programs.7. There is a difference between the work's percentage to the used rest in the training between different categories, a ready - to - use percentage should not be used but the percentage should depend on the condition of the sample and the kinetic and physical abilities and others abilities.8. Developing abilities depend in the first place on developing the rest of the abilities either the kinetic or the physical, so it can be concluded that the training program has contributed in developing kinetic and physical skills and has contributed in developing the nervous system ability according to the achieved results.9. The used exercises that are designed by the researcher has contributed to a large extent in the successful of the program and in achieving the study's goals.10. Developing any ability or a skills depend primarily on the willingness of the player to accept training and this cannot be performed unless by considering the types of exercises and its excitement and enjoyment degree away from boring and not explained repetitions.Through these result that researcher has recommended the following : 1. Using the study and performing similar researches on other games other than football.2. Performing a similar study on samples with different ages specially the advanced category.3. Assuring the performance of the necessary medical tests on the sample before the study and the different researches.4. Using the achieved results in regard with the contribution percentage, work and rest percentage and relying on them in training programs.5. Using the tests designed by the researcher in different experiments and researches because it showed results after relying on scientific conditions in designing and building them.6. The necessity of using (RANDOM SHOT) device used in the studying of training. 7. Relying on modern devices and tools which depend on technologies such as (POLOR) device which contributes a lot in knowing the training's intensity through pulse and also gives a lot of indicators that can be used by the trainer in the training procedure.8. Using all designed test by the researcher in putting a criteria for choosing gifted players from the junior football players.9. Performing measures on different abilities or characteristics should be in accordance with measuring units (where we cannot express the power in terms of meter or kilo grams but it should be measured in its unit which is Newton and also the power in watt, speed in meter/second, work in joule… etc. from the units for the measurements to be in accordance with the scientific aspects and special laws regarding the ability or the characteristic). The weight and mass should not be confused where there is a difference between them and their measuring units where the weight is measured in Newton and the mass in kilo gram and most studies perform the efficiency for the weight in terms of mass and this is a common mistake.10. Using the designed and used training by the researcher in different training programs that aim toward training an ability or a group of abilities.Taking care of the achieved results from this study because this study can change a lot from the special concepts of the training programs and also the test in the opinion of the researcher
