Abstract: تطرق الباحث الى اهمية ممارسة لعبة كرة القدم من قبل الجميع وبمختلف المراحل والفئات العمرية والى الاهتمام بتدريب الفئات العمرية (الاشبال) الذي بدا ياخذ حيزا كبيرامن قبل المعنيين في التخطيط العلمي والمبرمج والذي يستند الى اسس علمية صحيحة في كيفية التعامل م | The importance of the study lies in using special exercises to train relative strength according to physical and skill performance using specific weights. The researcher hopes to identity the effect of these exercises using specific weights according to relative strength to develop some motor and skill abilities in young soccer players. The Problem of the study lies in coaches relaying on their experience only without scientific resources when designing training programs for young soccer players especially strength training. Thus the problem is specifying and standardizing relative strength exercises for young soccer players based on scientific bases. The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the effect of the relative strength exercises using specific weights on the development of legs muscular strength in young soccer players. 2. Identifying the effect of the relative strength exercises using specific weights on the development of motor and skill abilities in young soccer playersHypotheses of the study : 1) Relative strength exercises using specific weights have positive effects on the development of some motor abilities in young soccer players. 2) Relative strength exercises using specific weights have positive effects on the development of some skill abilities in young soccer players. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (24) young soccer players of the ages 12 years old from Amo Baba's school. They were divided into two groups; the experimental group and controlling group. The experimental group followed the training program proposed by the researcher according to relative strength. The controlling program on the other hand followed the traditional training program. The data was collected, displayed and analyzed using proper statistical methods especially SPSS Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. Exercises according to partial relative strength using specific weights achieved great development in muscular strength in both pre and posttests for the experimental group in the posttest.2. Exercises according to partial relative strength using specific weights achieved great development in motor abilities (coordination - agility) in both pre and posttests in favor of the posttest.3. The results showed differences between posttests in both groups in favor of the experimental group. Recommendations : 1. Using strength exercises with specific weights according to partial relative strength that the researcher designed within the training program for young soccer players of the ages 12 years old in al soccer clubs and leagues.2. Gradually increasing weights according to scientific bases due to their effect on the level of motor and skill abilities' development in young soccer players.3. Making similar researches on other young age groups of other sports due to the great lack of researches in this field for such age groups.
