Abstract:
اشتملت الاطروحة على خمسة ابواب"الباب الاول : تضمن مقدمة البحث واهميته اذ قامت الباحثة من خلاله بالقاء الضوء على واحد من الموضوعات الحديثة والمهمة في مجال الادارة الرياضية، وهي ادارة التغيير وعلاقتها باتخاذ القرار وقد تجلت اهمية البحث والحاجة اليه في ان | The dissertation included five categoriesThe first category : included the introduction and the importance of the research, in it the researcher has displayed to shed light on one of the modern essential management subject in the field of sport management which is change management and its relation with decision making, and the importance of the research and the need for it have become clear that change administration required managerial leader of eligible and skillful management make him effective in his management and to work within suitable environment and follow - up the scientific method via taking effective decisions of flexible nature. Amongst the research objectives : 1 - Identify change management level for the sport unions chairmen in Iraq from union members point of view.2 - Identify decision making for the Iraqi sport union chairmen from the workers' point of view.as for the research aspects : 3 - To consider the relation nature between the management of change and making decision for the Iraqi sport unions chairmen from the workers' point of view.4 - Identify the effect of making decision in management of decision.As for the study aspects as follows : 1 - Human aspects - members of unions - referees, coaches in the Iraqi sport unions.2 - time aspect : from 15/02/2013 till 25/04/20143 - special aspects : the Olympic committee - head offices of Iraqi sport unions.The second category : Included theoretical and similar studies relate with the study subject and aspect of advantages and difference with them.As for the third category and its approach and field procedures, : the researcher used the descriptive approach of its survey style for its suitability with the research nature, then discussed the research sample represented by members, referees and coaches in the sport unions amounted(332) individuals, and the researcher has arranged two questionnaires to identify change management and its relation nwith decision making for the sport union chairmen The first one for change management included(4)dimensions and the second questionnaire for the decision making included also(4) dimensions, thus the two questionnaires of change management in their final form and the four dimensions have(41) expression and the questionnaire of decision making and for the four dimensions(40) expression of their instructions become ready for application, after verifying of the two questionnaire validity and their suitability via finding the scientific bases, the researcher has applied the two questionnaire on a sample included(325) from the members, referees, coaches in the sport unions, thus they have become ready to perform the statistical analysis. And this category included (Spss) to extract the values. The forth category : Discussed displaying data of the dissertation, analyzing and discussing them via using suitable statistic methods to reach the research objectives where the researcher has reached to new results concerned change management and its relation with decision making for sport unions chairmen.The fifth category : conclusions and recommendationsThe researcher has reached to conclusion , most important of them are : 1 - The necessity of activation the change management which was of high of importance to enhance the relation with making decision of its dimensions( specifying the problem, assign the alternatives, choosing the alternative, follow - up of implementing the decision and evaluating it.)2 - The availability of change management potentials for the sport unions chairmen in the current time and according to the requirements, considered basic element of the union chairman success in his administrative work, besides his success in his leadership or managing the union and raising the performance level.
