Abstract:
جاءت فكرة هذه الدراسة وهدفهوالتهتم بتقصي اثر راس المال الفكري عبر مكوناته ( البشري ، والهيكلي ، والزبائني ) في الابداع التكنولوجي عبر ( ابداع المنتج،ابداع العملية ) وذلك من خلال ثلاث فرضيات رئيسية ، تفرعت عنها فرضيات فرعية لمعرفة العلاقة والاثر بين متغيري الدراسة عبر عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية ، واستخدمت الاستبانة كاداة للقياس وجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة اذ وزعت على (80) فردا كعينة للدراسة الذي تضمن (مدير عام، معاون مدير عام، مدير قسم ،مدير شعبه ، مسؤول وحدة تنظيمية ، ملاحظ فني او مشرف عمل) موزعة على 5( هيئات في شركة الاستكشافات النفطية (مجال الدراسة)، وتم استخدام عددا من المقاييس الاحصائية كالوسط الحسابي،الانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط، ومعامل الانحدار، وتحليل المسار وكذلك اخضعت لاختباري الصدق والثبات للتاكد من صحة النتائج الاحصائية. وعلى ضوء النتائج تم التوصل الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان اهمهواجود علاقة واثر ذي دلالة معنوية بين راس المال الفكري والابداع التكنولوجي،وايضا يزداد اثر راس المال الفكري في الابداع التكنولوجي بوجود التداؤب واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات اهمها توظيف العلاقة التداؤبية بين مكونات راس المال الفكري وتاثيرها الفاعل في الابداع التكنولوجي ، وتوظيف علاقة الارتباط والاثر بين راس المال الفكري والابداع التكنولوجي في صياغة خطط الشركة واحداث تغييرات تنظيمية. | The interest in capital and intellectual administered from important issues, which attracted the attention of professionals and researchers even been described as the knowledge that can be transformed into benefits, and is now maintained by the big challenges faced by organizations based on knowledge, which is supposed to respond to the requirements of internal and external environment and witnessed this environment of rapid changes and great challenges, which necessitated the need to search for the means and methods of effective and high capacity in absorbed to achieve a state of adaptation and continuity and permanence, and knowing the relationship of synergy between the components of intellectual capital is crucial to the effectiveness of the real.The main problem in the intellectual capital is to understand the meaning of this existing knowledge and demonstrate the synergy that exists between the components of our organizations in Iraq and its impact on technological innovation. From here came the idea of this study and its objective and interested in exploring the impact of intellectual capital across its components (Human and Structural, and Relational) in technological innovation across (creativity of the product, creativity process) through three hypotheses primates, stemmed them hypotheses subset to see the relationship and impact between the variables of the study across a number of statistical methods, and used a questionnaire as a tool for measuring and collecting data from the study population was distributed on the (77) individuals as a society for the study, which included (General Manager, assistant general manager, director of the department, Director of the Division, charger of an organizational unit, observant technician or supervisor of work) spread over 5 entities in oil Exploration Company (field of study). Has been used a number of statistical methods as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of correlation, and regression coefficient, and path analysis, as well as subjected to a test of validity and reliability to ensure the validity of statistical results.In light of the results has been reached to a set of conclusions was the most important of a relationship and the impact of meaningful significance between intellectual capital and technological innovation, and also increase the impact of intellectual capital in technological innovation if there is synergy, and the study concludes with a set of recommendations including employing correlation and impact between capital intellectual and organizational change in the formulation of the company's plans and the events of organizational changes
