Abstract: ان هذا البحث المتواضع يهدف الى تسليط الضوء على الادارة التنظيمية في القران الكريم، فقد تناول دراستها وبيان تعريفاتها ومبادئها المستنبطة من الايات؛ والتي اسهمت في ترسيخ المفهوم الاداري. وعلم الادارة بما يحويه من اسس ومعايير موجودة بين ثنايا القران الكريم، | This modest research aimed at highlighting the organizational management in the Holy Quran, it addressed its study and showing its definitions and principles extracted from the Quranic verses which contributed in strengthening the managerial concept. Management Science contains the bases and criteria that exist within the Holy Quran, so we find its texts rich with the concepts related to the five management functions which represent the main dimensions of the managerial process as the following : decision taking, planning, organization, direction and control. These managerial concepts taken from the verses characterize with the comprehensiveness and integrity for being of an overall view and for being stemming from a religious and ethical base; gaining it the required elasticity and making it valid for application at every time and place. The research talked about the position and greatness of the Holy Quran in its legislations and principles; thus it worked with its sublime teachings at anchoring the rules of the Islamic State in various aspects including the political and military aspects. It stated the leader's characteristics which he should be characterized with to make him able to lead effectively. It also introduced to us wonderful examples of leaders who had the effective and influencing role in the history of humanity; for the successful leader is the one who really leads to achieve the goals in conformity with the group interest. The research also referred to the role of the Holy Quran in organizing the social relationships individually with its divinemethod, and highlighting the humane merits as well as developing them and raising them to a higher level. Hence, the verses concerning the social organizational management came consisting of everything related to man and society, including the doctrinal aspect and illustrating the unification virtues, as well as the family aspect and everything concerning the family construction and the Quranic procedures to preserve it with stating the rights of the family members. As to the ethical aspect, Quran's call was continuous for the necessity of adhering the virtuous ethics and rejecting bad ethics. A group of ethics ordered by the Holy Quran was displayed and then the research displayed the ethics inhibited by the Holy Quran. The research addressed the Quranic view to money according to the verses advised that, the types of financial gains, the ethical norms and values that the Muslim merchant should be characterized with which were defined by the Quranic texts. The Holy Quran had the priority in fighting and uprooting corruption and in that it took many ways, after it manifested the corruption forms, causes and tools. The verses in between carried a wide base and a basic pillar, as well as they formed an effective system and stable norms so as to reach the reformation and eliminate the managerial corruption with all its kinds and forms
