Abstract:
اهمية البحث : تكمن في بيان دور المشرف الرياضي في الاندية الرياضية من خلال بناء مقياس لمعرفة هذا الدور.مشكلة البحث : - عدم وجود اداة قياس لدور المشرف الرياضي في النادي الرياضي من وجهة نظر المدربين. - معرفة مدى اداء المشرف الرياضي لدوره في النادي الرياضي من وجهة نظر المدربين. - معرفة المجال الاكثر استخداما في دور المشرف الرياضي في النادي الرياضي.• اهداف البحث : 1 ـ بناء مقياس لمعرفة دور المشرف الرياضي في الاندية الرياضية العراقية في المنطقة الشمالية من وجهة نظر المدربين.2 ـ التعرف على دور المشرف الرياضي في النادي الرياضي من وجهة نظر المدربين .3 ـ التعرف على المجال الاكثر استخداما من قبل المشرف الرياضي في النادي الرياضي من وجهة نظر المدربين.• مجالات البحث : المجال البشري : مدربي الاندية الرياضية في مراكز محافظات (نينوى وكركوك والسليمانية واربيل ودهوك). المجال المكاني : مقرات الاندية الرياضية. المجال الزماني : للمدة من 5/10/2009 ولغاية 20/6/2010.الاطار النظري والدراسات السابقة : وتناول الباحث فيها نبذة مختصرة عن مفهوم الاشراف وانواعه والغرض من الاشراف، كما تطرق الى مهام المشرف، فضلا عن مقومات نجاح الاشراف ومفهوم الاشراف الرياضي ومبادئ الاشراف في العمل الرياضي، وكذلك مجالات الاشراف الرياضي، وتعريف بالنادي الرياضي والمدرب الرياضي، وتناول ايضا عدد من الدراسات السابقة.اجراءات البحث : اشتمل على : • منهج البحث : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي.• مجتمع البحث : تكون مجتمع البحث من مدربي الاندية الرياضية في المنطقة الشمالية.• عينة البحث : تكونت عينة البحث من(245)مدربا من اصل(410) اي بنسبة(59،7%)من مجتمع البحث وتم استبعاد الاخرين لعدم اكتمال الاجابات او لعدم استلامها. كما تم تناول الادوات المستخدمة في البحث من (الاستبيان والمقابلة الشخصية)، فضلا عن مراحل وخطوات بناء المقياس واخضاعه للمعاملات العلمية (الصدق والثبات).عرض النتائج ومناقشتها : لقد تناول الباحث فيها عرض ومناقشة النتائج والوصف الاحصائي للمقياس من(الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والمتوسط الفرضي والنسبة المئوية).الاستنتاجات والتوصيات : الاستنتاجات : توصل الباحث الى : تم التوصل الى مقياس علمي لدور المشرف الرياضي في الاندية الرياضية العراقية في المنطقة الشمالية من وجهة نظر المدربين. ظهور المشرفين الرياضيين بمستوى ايجابي في مجال الاشراف ككل من وجهة نظر المدربين. وجود فروق معنوية في المجالات الادارية لدور المشرف ولصالح المتوسط الفعلي لاراء المدربين مقارنة بالمتوسط الفرضي للمجالات. ان مجال القيادة الاكثر استخداما في عمل المشرف الرياضي في النادي الرياضي بالنسبة للمجالات الاخرى، تلاها مجال الاتصالات الادارية، ثم مجال التنظيم، ثم مجال التخطيط، واخيرا مجال التقويم.التوصيات : اوصى الباحث : اعتماد مقياس دور المشرف الرياضي في الاندية الرياضية الذي اعده الباحث للوقوف على مستوى دور المشرفين في الاندية الرياضية العراقية . ضرورة اجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تتعلق بالاشراف الرياضي وعلى عينات غير التي تناولتها هذه الدراسة كالهيئات الادارية واللاعبين. اجراء دراسات مماثلة حول الاندية النسوية والاندية التخصصية. تعزيز الاهتمام بالمجالات الادارية للمشرف الرياضي وتطويرها من خلال المشاركة بالدورات والندوات الممكنة لتنمية تلك الجوانب المهمة . | The importance of the research is represented by clarifying of the role of sport Supervisor at the sport clubs through constructing a measurement to identify this role . Research problem : It was known that there is a lack of resources which treated this subject within the bibliography of sport management and specially the supervision , furthermore ; it was not treated in a scientific studies - at the knowledge of the researcher - Which lead to this lack of theoretical and scientific vision about the standards of supervision at the Sport Clubs , from this point arouse the problem of search ,which manifested as follow - There is no measurement tool ,in order to measure the role of a sport supervision at the sport clubs from the views of the trainers. - Identifying the most usable domain which meats the role of the supervisor in sport club. Therefore the researcher sought the necessity of carrying out a study aiming to achieve the constructing of a scientific measurement , also knowing the standard role of the sport supervisor in the sport club and the most usable domain at the measuring operation . Research Targets : 1 - Constructing a measurement to identify the role of sport supervisor at Iraqi Sport clubs at the northern area .2 - Identifying the most usable domain about the role of sport supervisor in the sport clubs from the views of the trainers . Research Domains : - The human domain : Trainers of sport clubs at the centre of governartores of ( Ninewah , Kirkuk , Sulaymania , Erbil, Dohuk ). - The locational Domain : The sites of sport clubs. - The Timing Domain : from 25 - 10 - 2009 till 20 - 06 - 2010 Chapter Two : The researcher presented at this chapter a brief extract about the concept of supervision , it's kinds and the purpose of supervision ,also he clarified the duties of the supervisor , furthermore ; the elements of successful supervision and the concept of sport supervision , the principle of supervision in the sport domain , also the role of supervisor in managing the elements and a definition of sport trainer . Chapter Three : This Chapter consist of : - Methodology of research : The researcher used the descriptive method . - Research community : consists of trainers from the northern area clubs . - Research sample : consists of ( 245 ) trainers from a total of (410) ; that means the rate is ( 59.7% ) of the same sample , others were neglected , because of the uncompleted answers or because of not sending their answers , also the research presented tools which were used in research like ( questioners , and personal interviews ) also the steps and stages of constructing the measurement and putting it under the scientific operations in order to test its honesty and consistency .Chapter Four : The researcher dealt with exposing and discussing the results of the statistical description of the measurement from the ( standard deviation , percentage , and Supposal mean ) .Chapter Five : - The conclusions : The researcher concluded that : The measurement of the role of the sport supervisor was done at the Iraqi clubs of the northern area . The Sport supervisors must be positive at their work place from the point view of the trainers . There are moral differences at the management domains about the role of the supervisor which to favor of trainers views on average actuality in comparison with the supposal average of the domains . The domain of leadership is the most usable at the work of sport supervisor at the sport club in comparison with other domains ; then comes the domain of management communications at the second place ,then the organization domain , the planning and at last the evaluation domain .Recommendations The researcher recommend the following : Using the role of sport supervisor measurement at the sport clubs which the researcher had done it in order to understand the standard of this phenomenon ,for supervising at the Iraqi sport clubs . It is necessary to make a further investigations and studies which are related to sport supervision .Samples which are not used by the researcher ; like managerial commissions and players. Making a similar studies on women's clubs and the specialized clubs also . The enhancement of interest inside the management domain for the sport supervisor and developing it thereafter ; the participation at the seminars and courses in order to develop these important
