Abstract: The practicing of training process at any time or environment may not have a positive impact. It has been urging a negative impact due to the change that happened to the player in some of the functional variables such as the concentration of hormones detachment in his body as the low level of blood lactate , albuminprotein and neurotransmitter called serotonin in the brain due to the change in the timing of training for long - distances runners, there is demolition and construction occur within the human body in general and for athlete in particular and these processes going on throughout the day, but it affected by the time of training and effect in the body of the athlete. So, it was an obligation to access into this study in order to investigate the effect of training in the morning and the evening as well as the side effects for these operations on the body of the athlete, and the importance of the study lies in identifying the right time oftraining or exercising in order to raise the level of athletic performance as well as the use of modern means of measuring this phenomenon and reaching the optimal solution.Through the researcher's knowledge on the studies and scientific research in the field of physical, she noticed that there are writings about the impact of conducting time to exercise and its relationship to metabolic processes in the human body, proton's concentration , as well as hourly biological , the researcher noted that there is a close relationship between the level of albuminprotein and blood lactate in the high or low level of the neurotransmitter called serotonin where (bloodlactate) is sodium and potassium salts are important in the work of nervous system organization and heart aswell as they are being used in transferring nerve signals and they are affected in the influence of the enzymes and activity. The researcher believes that the albuminprotein is an important factor in the formation of serotonin, where it was down the concentration of serotonin increased and thus is the occurrence of central fatigue. Since the effectiveness of ran activity (5000 m) needs specific physicalcapabilities, so the researcher intends to access in this study in order to be as a conclusive evidence and in addition to provide a proof to the sports teams that it can exploit the training time as additional good factors influencing to gain achievement. Hence, it can formulate the problem in the form of question : (Do morning and evening training have an impact on the level of blood lactate and albumin in their relationship to delayingcentral - fatigue of longdistance runners?). the study aimed at : 1 - Identifying the impact of time to exercise inpre - test measurementof blood lactate level and albumin, and delay central - fatigue to long - distance runners.2 - Identifying the impact of time to exercise inpost - test measurementof blood lactate level and albumin, and delay central - fatigue to long - distance runners. The study sample consisted of 6 players who represent the players of the Iraqi team to the youth club of Khan BaniSaad within activity run 5000 m., the researcher used the descriptive design with two d methods of causation and correlation comparisons in solving the problem of the study using one sample of pretest and posttest. Wherethe sample was drawn from the blood of players for the extraction of blood lactate and of (sodium and potassium salts) ,albumin and serotonin. The results stated that were significant differences to the serotonin variable and in favor of unity morning while the results of albumin and blood lactate (sodium and potassium salts) referred to the differences were not significant, although there are differences between the measurements of blood lactate leveland albumin between morning unit and evening one in favor of morning unit, however, these differences were few, which led to the results were not significant.
