Abstract: احتوى هذا الباب على مقدمة واهمية البحث وتم التطرق الى الاساليب التدريبية التقليدية المستخدمة من قبل مدربي الفئات العمرية وخاصة تدريب المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم فضلا عن بيان اهمية اسلوب (1000 Touch) في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للناشئين با | The Problem of the study was detected by the researcher who was a former player and a recent coach. The researcher noticed weaknesses in skill performance of young players of the ages 14 - 16 years old. The researcher proposed using 1000 touch style for developing the players' skill performance level and including this style in the traditional training session so as to develop the basic skills of Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old.The Aims of the study : 1. Designing special Exercises using 1000 touch style in futsal training sessions.2. Identifying the effects of these special exercises using 1000 touch style in a training session on the development of some basic skills in Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old. 3. Identifying the percent of development in the study subjects after using these exercises. The Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in pre and posttests of the experimental and controlling groups in favor of posttests of the experimental group.2. There are significant statistical differences in the posttests of both the experimental and controlling groups in favor of the experimental group's posttests. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (30) Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old. The pilot study was conducted on (10) of them while the other (20) were divided equality onto experimental group and controlling group. The experimental group applied the 1000 touch style in each training session while the controlling group followed the traditional method. The subjects of the study were tested four skill tests and they as follows : 1. Speed of shooting test towards a goal drawn on a wall for 30sec.2. Passing motor speed test towards a bench for 30sec.3. Speed of dribbling test.4. Trapping the ball test.The data was collected and treated statistically using proper statistical methods.Conclusions : The researcher came up with many conclusions : 1. Special exercises using 1000 touch style developed some of the basic skill in Beginners of the Ages 14 - 16 Years Old as shown in the experimental group's posttests Recommendations : 1. Using 1000 touch style on other age groups specially players of the ages 17 - 19 years old. 2. Stressing the importance of designing new exercises that focuses on using both legs during training especially in passing, dribbling, scoring and trapping. 3. Proposing exercises that suit the great development in soccer skills as well as including new variables to enhance motivation.
