Abstract:
The researcher divided the study into an introduction on the importance of the subject, the reasons for his choice and the difficulties he faced and three chapters. In the first chapter he spoke about the words contained in the vocabulary of the message with the derivation of the definition of the culture of reform as a composite of culture and reform. From the fact that this term is at the heart of the culture of Islam, and then talked about the concept of the people of the house in the language and terminology, through the verses of the Koran and Sunnah purified, and then talked about the words related to the reform that the reform has more than a concept and significance shared with him in the same concept, He spoke about the reform in the Holy Quran, where he mentioned some of the Quranic verses that dealt with topics related to the social, political and economic aspects as reported by the interpreters in their interpretations. He also talked about the reform in the purified year, which is the second source of the Qur'an. The situation in the Koran, and then talked about the most important qualities of reformers should be characterized by the reformer, where he said that the reformer need first of all to raise himself and to move away from some of the attributes and the reformer knows that dealing with people is an art of the arts of life. In the second chapter I talked about the types of reform and some of the ways to address them. Some of the reformists are social reform. They talked about the meaning of social reform and the place of social reform among all reforms. Social reform is the foundation of good politics. And comes out of models of social reform and comes at the forefront of family reform as well as exposure to the problem of divorce and the rupture of the uterus and lying rampant in society, putting ways to address and achieve reform, and the researcher spoke of political reform and clarification of this And the most important reforms of the ruler according to the statements of the imams of the guidance (peace be upon them), especially what is said about the emir of the believers Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) in the era of the owner of Al - Ashtar al - Nakhi (Radwan Allah) and talked about the most important judicial reforms, Economic and clarification of the term as stated in the language and terminology with the statement the urgent need for such reform as an important component of political and social stability, and to clarify the most important problems that threaten economic reform and find some solutions to them. In the third chapter he talked about the motives and the pests of reform. He talked about the most important motives, including the ideological motivation, which is an important and fundamental foundation for reform. He talked about the moral motive which is the engine for reform, by providing a package of good qualities that must move forward towards reform. He talked about the other motive, which is the legitimate motive that shows the legitimate rule of reform and how sharia when it requires us Amranhh motivates us to work under it, especially reform, and talked about the most important pain that afflicts the reformer, including : ignorance and corruption and magnification with some solutions to them.At the end, he spoke about the most important findings and recommendations
