Abstract:
اجريت هذه الدراسة في كلية العلوم للبنات - جامعة بغداد وللفترة من 1/11/2013 لغاية 1/4/ 2015 لبيان تاثير بكتريا Bacillus thuringiensis المعزولة محليا من ترب العراق على الادوار المختلفة لبعوض Culex pipiens pipiens وبواقع ثلاث تراكيز لكل عزلة . اختبرت عزلة محافظة الانبار BtAN بالتراكيز ( 101x7.35 , 102x7.35 , 105x7.35 ) ml/CFU وعزلة محافظة السليمانية بالتراكيز BtSU (101x5.6 , 102x5.6 , 105x5.6) ml/CFU وعزلة محافظة بغداد BtBAبالتراكيز (101x3.56, 102x3.56 , (105x3.56 ml/CFU ومقارنتها بالعزلة القياسية العالمية Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis وبثلاث تراكيز ايضا ( 101x4.85 , 102x4.85, 105x4.85) ml/CFU .1 - اظهرت نتائج تجربة هذ العزل وبالتراكيز المختارة عدم وجود فروق معنوية في نسبة فقس البيض بكتريا.2 - اظهرت نتائج تاثير هذه العزل البكتيرية وبالتراكيز المشار اليها في اعلاه على الدور اليرقي لبعوض C.pipiens pipiens تفوقت العزلة القياسية العالمية Bti التي اعطت نسب هلاك 100% مقارنة بالعزلات المحلية والتي اظهرت النتائج تفوق عزلة الانبارBtAN بنسبة هلاك 65% بتركيز 105x7.35 ml/CFU تليها عزلة السليمانية BtSUبنسبة هلاك 50% بتركيز 105x5.6 ml/CFU بينما لم تعطي عزلة بغداد BtBAاي نسبة هلاك .3 - اظهرت نتائج تجربة تاثير بكتريا Bt على الدور العذري فاوضحت ان العزلة القياسية العالمية Bti اعطت نسبة هلاك 80% بتركيز 105x4.85 ml/CFU مقارنة بالعزلة المحلية السليمانية BtSU التي اعطت نسبة هلاك 45 % بتركيز 105x5.6 ml/CFU بينما بلغت نسبة الهلاك في عزلة الانبار BtAN 30% بتركيز 105x7.35 ml/CFU .4 - اخيرا اوضحت نتائج تجربة تاثير هذه العزلات البكتيرية على بالغات بعوض C.pipiens pipiens ان نسب الهلاك كانت ضئيلة جدا حيث بلغت في العزلة القياسية Bti 13.3 % بتركيز 105x4.85 ml/CFU للاناث وبلغت في الذكور 6.66% لنفس التركيز , بينما بلغت نسبة الهلاك في الاناث لعزلة الانبار BtAN 10% بتركيز105x7.35 ml/CFU وبلغت نسبة الهلاك في الذكور 6.66% لنفس التركيز ,بينما بلغت نسبة الهلاك 10% للاناث و3.33% للذكور بتركيز 105x5.6 ml/CFU لعزلة السليمانية . | This study was acheived at the University of Baghdad, College of science for women, from 1/11/2013 to 1/3/2015, the effect of selected locally isolated Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria from Iraqi soil on some biological aspects of Culex pipiens pipiens. The study included different phases of Culex pipines pipines mosquito and in three concentrations for each isolate. The isolate of Al - Anbar province BtAN was tested using the concentrations (101x7.35 , 102x7.35 , 105x7.35)ml/CFU,while for Al - Sulaymaniyah isolate BtSU in the concentrations (101x5.6 , 102x5.6 , 105x5.6)ml/CFU and Baghdad isolate BtBA was in the concentrations (101x3.56, 102x3.56,105x3.56,)ml/CFU, and all were compared with three concentrations of the universal standard isolate Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti) ) 101x4.85 , 102x4.85, 105x4.85) ML/CFU .The experimental results have shown that there were no differences in the rate of egg hatching for all the isolates of Bt bacteria.The results also showed that the effect of Bt bacteria on the defferent larval phases on C.pipiens.pipiens mosquito, resulted in the the superiority of mortality rate of the universal standard isolate Bti to give 100% . As compared with the local ones, this showed that rate of mortality of BtAN isolate was 65% in concentration 7.35x105 ml/CFU , then BtSU isolate 50% in concentration 5.6x105 ml/CFU, whereas Baghdad isolate did not show any mortality rate.The results of the effect of the Bt bacteria on the pupal phases of the C.pipiens.pipiens mosquito, have shown that the rate of mortality of using the universal standard isolate Bti was 80% in concentration 4.85x105 ml/CFU. As compared with the local ones,where the results was 45% rate of mortality for Al - Sulaymaniyah isolate in concentration 5.6x105 ml/CFU and 30% for Al - Anbar isolate in concentration 7.35x105 ml/CFU.The experimental results of the effect of the Bt bacteria on the adults of C.pipiens.pipiens mosquito, have shown the mortality rates were so low the rate of the universal standard isolate Bti was 13.3% for the females and 6.66% for the males in concentration 4.85x105 ml/CFU, whereas the mortality rate of Al - Anbar isolate was 10% for the females and 6.66% for the males in concentration 7.35x105, and as for the mortality rate of Al - Sulaymaniyah isolate, it was 10% for the females and 3.33% for the males in concentration 5.6x105 ml/CFU
