Abstract:
ان للاستثمار دورا مهما في تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية في محافظة بغداد وكانت اهدافها هي تحديد الامكانيات المتاحة للاستثمار في محافظة بغداد وكذلك عرض واقعها الاستثماري وتوضيح التحديات التي تواجه الاستثمار في المحافظة وسبل معالجتها. وتم التوصل الى ان محافظة | The investment has very important role in supplying economical development for Baghdad governorate, and its aims were to define the possible chances of investment in Baghdad governorate and display the virtual investment status and clarify challenges in investment that is the governorate is suffering from and its treatment. We found that Baghdad is still suffering from low level of production in the productive sectors and low level of it’s infra structure and management sector as well as in services. The real status of investment in Baghdad is not helpful in building economical and social development for many reasons, and in order to solve these problems we have to understand the important of the following points 1 - Highlights the investment importance and its growth of local section and economical targets. And this includes Baghdad Provincial council.2 - Produce the main important investment chances and evaluate it with Baghdad level.The research aim depend on that the progress in investment of Baghdad city because it’s the capital of Iraq and that cause the improvement in local institutions in many governorates.The aim of this research is to study Baghdad governorate and most important chances in investment depending on the available sectors to produce the special priorities in investment sectors as well as to study reality, and advertising about these chances that is compatible with development aims.The researcher reached to two conclusions : 1. The investment is still (locally) and suffering weakness as a result of dependence of local sectors on the central governorates in foundation and that is because of failure of transferring independency to governorates.2. Despite the importance of the investment process in Baghdad the support didn’t reach to acceptable level because of lack of facilities, and also there are no guarantees for the investors
