Abstract:
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.As after….. The best speak the word of God, and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (peace be upon him ) these two principles the nation have been guided and survived in the past through different ages and circumstances , who catch's on these Rushd and unbend, and who did not know them Hui and seduce.In my conviction that survive is by taking these two native ,and postages I live with the Allah Book , and dive in sea Surat of Surah which namely Surat Yusuf, to clarify indications of verses , and refer to the provisions of jurisprudence.The Surah Yusuf's school full of teachings and provisions and directives dealing with issues and things that contribute to solving many of the problems that prevailed in society and abounded in it, particularly the issue of envy, eye, tricks, and wishing for death, and the vision which marred by ambiguity and more.For all that I decided to move forward in the output of some of the treasures of this Surah, supported in choosing doctrinal issues on what is stated in the books of the provisions of the Koran and some interpretations of jurisprudence like Quran rulings to the son Arabi , and the provisions of the Koran to Jsas, and the Cordovan interpretation of the verse and others,I have no doubt that note of all with regard to research in this topic on the face of perfection and precision of wanted require ability I don't have because perfection to God alone, and provided nothing than a modest effort , I apologized for the shortage and lack in this research which I give it my best, I tried anything possible effort shed light on the subject and And the study of its issues, It is the widow's and the product of a novice. If he is right , it is God , though other it from myself.And systematic in this message boils down to the following points : 1.Skip to Surat through deals with the definition in the entrance of surah briefly.2. Determine the doctrinal issues to be studied and wrote that extracted from the verses of the Koran , and interpretations of jurisprudence.3. transfer What Explainers said the of the right of doctrinal verses to be studied before going into the midst of the sayings of Jurists and their evidence in the matter.4. Back to the books of interpretations at mention evidence of the verses in order to find out the intended meaning of the text clearly and clarity.5. Eager to follow up on doctrinal issues of the original Mazanha of books of fiqh have adopted is based on the old books with no omission contemporary books.6. In contentious issues I tried to recall the sayings of scholars and show their evidence on their opinions , then most likely between words what I think is preponderant and God knows bestThis study came in the introduction , reboot, and six chapters , and a conclusion , and the extension biographies flags. The introduction : included the importance of the subject , and the reasons for his choice , and previous studies , and research methodology and content.The boot : it came in the definition of Surat Yusuf , and the first chapter : the visions and provisions includes two sections , Chapter II : foundling and its provisions , includes three sections , Chapter III : Competition and provisions , includes four sections , Chapter IV : the prison and its provisions , includes two sections , The fifth chapter : Guaranty and provisions , includes two sections , either Chapter VI : Miscellaneous, and includes three sections , and a conclusion , and a list of sources and references , and extension biographies flags.
