Abstract:
اهمية البحث والحاجة اليه : لقد قطعت العلوم التربوية شوطا في التقدم والرقي الانساني، اذ ما انفكت تؤكد على توفير النمو المتكامل لشخصية الفرد في جوانبها الجسمية والنفسية والعقلية والاجتماعية، فبواسطة التربية والتعليم يتمكن المجتمع من المحافظة على عاداته | Educational sciences have done a lot in the field of human development. It emphasizes on the growth of individual's personality in its physiological, psychological, mental, and socrial aspects. Education and instruction enable the society to adhere to its values, traditions, heritage and to advance more and break all the barriers that prevent its development.This study stems its significance from the significance of the Arabic language itself, which is our national language and the language of Quran and people of paradise. Moreover, it is the language of social communication among nation's individuals. A language consists of many joined and integrated skills. One of the most essential skills is the correct articulation of speech.However, it is clear that learners are weak in language phonology as it is referred to by Al - Kesayi (189 H.), Al - Jahidh (255 H.), Ibin Jinny (285 H.). modernists also referred to this wealness such as, Dr.Rasheed Al - Aubaydy and Dr.Ahmed Abdul Haq Muhammed, Dr.May Fadhil Al - Juboory, and Sabir A.Jumaa. they believe that the reson behind this weakness is the deficiency in teaching Arabic phonology at both the basic level and at the college level Hence, there is a need to remedy This weakness in language performance starting from the initial stages of learning, i.e. from kindergartens and more specifically from the teacher of kindergartens who is responsible about which training learners at the initial stages.
