Abstract:
The research aims to identify the level of mathematical communication and instructional performance and the relationship between the teachers of the mathematics of the primary stage (upper stage) in the schools of Baghdad / Education Rusafa first. It was adopted (analytical descriptive approach), which includes the division of society into the classes that constitute them The study sample was randomly selected according to the division of society on four sections belonging to the Directorate of Education of the first Rusafa and each of the four sections divided into the three categories of schools (girls, boys and mixed) 15% of the community schools were taken according to each sector by (1_4) individuals from each school. The study sample reached 180 teachers with 13.33% and two research tools are prepared. The results were as follows : - Mathematical teachers have the skills of mathematical communication by approximately 66% and the skills of teaching performance by approximately 65%. There is no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the arithmetic mean of the subjects of the research sample in the sports observation card according to the sex variable (female and male), There is a difference of statistical significance at the level of 0.05 mean between the mean of the scores of the teachers of the research sample in the Caccala observation of their mathematical communication according to the service variable (5 years and more, less than 5 years) and for the benefit of 5 years and more The presence of relationship related to positive at (0,05) between each of communicating sports performance teaching individuals sample and recommended find several recommendations : - 1 - build my card note performance teaching and communicate sports for this search by supervisors educators adoption in calendar teachers of mathematics the first phase . 2 - the need to focus curricula mathematics phase of first instance on the development of communication skills sports skills different in subjective among the proposals proposed by the researcher : - 1 - a study of the other parallel to search the current on teachers of mathematics primary school of civil . 2 - a study in the construction of training program in the preparation of the teachers treatment shortcoming they have in communication skills sports.
