Abstract:
In this thesis, we define contractive mapping, uniformly continuous mapping, ( ) uniformly locally contractive mapping, chainable fuzzy normed space, chainable intuitionistic fuzzy normed space and IFNS contraction mapping and also prove a fixed point theorems in fuzzy normed spaces and intuitionistic fuzzy normed spaces.In addition, in this thesis, we establish common fixed point theorems for mappings by using the concept of commuting mappings, weakly commuting mappings, weakly commuting mappings, compatible mappings, reciprocally continuous mappings, subcompatibility mappings and occasionally weakly compatible mappings in fuzzy normed spaces and intuitionistic fuzzy normed spaces.
