Abstract:
ان دراسة الامن النفسي في المجال التربوي يعد عاملا مهما في تطوير الاطر الانفعالية والنفسية لفهم شخصية مدرس التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في مجال نشاطات الحركة الكشفية ذلك المضمار المهم ذو الاهتمام العالي من قبل المعنيين لدراسة افعال مدرس الرياضة وفقا الى اتجاهاتهم في احترام مهنهم من هنا برزت اهمية البحث في التعرف على افرازات الامن النفسي على نشاطات الحركة الكشفية ومدى تاثيره في سلوك المدرسين التربويين في قدرتهم على تنظيم النشاطات الكشفية مشكلة البحث ان دراسة الامن النفسي تواجه اهتماما بالغا من قبل الباحثين اذ ان تمتع الفرد بالامن النفسي يدل على تمتعه بالصحة النفسية السليمة على اعتبار ان الشخص الامن تتسم شخصيته بالطمانينة النفسية والتفاعل مع المجتمع الذي يعمل معه بحب وسلام وامن وامان مما يجعله اكثر عطاء وخدمة لذلك المجتمع. , مما دعا الباحث لدراسة هذه الظاهرة دراسة علمية ، كونها ظاهرة موجودة في البلد وتؤثر على سلوكيات بعض المدرسين سلبا وتؤدي الى تراجع مستوياتهم عن اقامة النشاطات للحركة الكشفية الامر الذي قاد توجهاتنا في هذا المشروع الى عرض هذه المشكلة البحثية للدراسة .ومن اهداف البحث : 1 - بناء مقياس الامن النفسي ونشاطات الحركة الكشفية لدى القادة الكشفيين للمنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية في العراق.2 - كشف العلاقة بين الامن النفسي ونشاطات الحركة الكشفية لدى القادة الكشفيين للمنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية في العراق.1 - 5 - 1 المجال البشري : مدرسو التربية الرياضية في المدارس المتوسطة للمنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية في العراق.1 - 5 - 2 المجال الزماني : من 12\6\2016 م الى 16\4\2017م1 - 5 - 3 المجال المكاني المدارس المتوسطة في وسط العراق وجنوبه. وقد تطرق الباحث في الدراسات النظرية الى مفهوم الحركة الكشفية والامن النفسي والنظريات التي تفسر ذلك.منهج البحثاعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي اذ تكونت عينة البحث من (218)مدرسا لمقياس الامن النفسي للمنطقتين الوسطى والجنوب من العراق اذ اشتمل المقياس على خمسة مجالات هي (الاتزان النفسي, والتهديدات الخارجية, والمعززات التربوية, المخاوف الامنية والوظيفية, مجال الاسناد الاجتماعي )وبواقع (57)فقرة وكذلك (208) مدرسا لمقياس نشاطات الحركة الكشفية وبمعدل (48)فقرة وباربع مجالات هي (دوافع المدرسين نحو الحركة الكشفية, الصعوبات التي تواجه المدرسين في ممارسة الحركة الكشفية, اقامة المخيمات الكشفية, مجال العلاقات الاجتماعية )الاستنتاجات : 1 - 5وكانت من الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحث 1 - - يعد مقياس الامن النفسي ومقياس نشاطات الحركة الكشفية اداتين مستقلتين يقيس الاول منها الامن النفسي لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية ، كما يقيس الثاني المدرسين الذين يعملون بالنشاطات الحركة الكشفية 2 - تم التوصل الى خمس مستويات معيارية لمقياس الامن النفسي ومقياس نشاطات الحركة الكشفية من المستوى (جيد جدا) الى المستوى (ضعيف).3 - توزعت عينة البحث على خمسة مستويات اذ تركزت الاغلبية في المستويين (متوسط - جيد) على مقياس الامن النفسي ومقياس نشاطات الحركة الكشفية.4 - كلما كان شعور مدرس التربية الرياضية بالامن النفسي عاليا كلما كان اشتراكه بنشاطات الحركة الكشفية جيدا5 - 1التوصيات 1 - اعتماد مقياس الامن النفسي الذي اعده الباحث في قياس مستويات الامن النفسي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية للدراسة المتوسطة في وسط العراق وجنوبه 2 - زيادة اهتمام المؤسسة التربوية بمدرسي التربية الرياضية العاملين في نشاطات الحركة الكشفية والتعرف على الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تواجههم وايجاد الحلول المناسبة لها.3 - ضرورة اقامة الدورات والندوات التي تهدف الى زيادة الوعي الوطني والامني لمدرسي التربية الرياضية التربية الرياضية العاملين في نشاطات الحركة الكشفية | The study of psychological security in the field of education is an important factor in the development of emotional and psychological frameworks to understand the character of physical education and science teacher and interpretation of the sport in the field of scouting activities ,It is important to track the high - interest by those concerned to study and determine the actions and behavior of sports teachers according to their attitudes in respect for their professions. From here it emerged the importance of research in the identification of secretions psychological security on scouting activities and the extent of its impact on the behavior of teachers, educators in their ability to organize Scouting camps.The psychological security study is facing great attention by researchers as the enjoyment of individual psychological security indicating the enjoyment of mental health depending on the grounds that the security person is characterized by his psychological reassurance and interact with the community, who works with him with love and peace, security and safety, making it more tender and service to that community.Which led the orientations in this project to show the research problem of the study through the construction of two measures first psychological security, and the second for the activities of the Scout Movement, and to identify the extent of the effects of psychological security to the Scout Movement of Leaders of Physical Education and Sports Science Activities through Trdah relationship between the two scales above - mentioned, considering that psychological security for workers in the scouting movement is threatened and the greater psychological pressure on those working in this important area of educational and sports fields and the output of the situational variables generated by the psychological security to the gentlemen teachers.One of the objectives Search1. Building and rationing of psychological security measure and apply it to Messrs teachers in the central and southern regions of Iraq.2. Building and rationing scouting scale and apply it to Messrs teachers in the central and southern regions of Iraq.3. Identify the psychological security for Leaders of the Scouting Movement in the central and southern regions levels.4. finding a correlation between psychological security and the activities of the Scouting Movement ScaleThe identified areas of research : 1.5.1 human domain : physical education teachers in intermediate schools of Central and South regions in Iraq.1.5.2 Time field schedule : From 12/06/2016 to 02/03/20171.5.3 The spatial field : Classrooms intermediate schools in central and southern Iraq.The researcher in theoretical studies touched on the concept of the Scout Movement, as well as touched researcher of psychological security and theories that interprets and its impact on the establishment of the Scout Movement of Leaders of Physical Education and Sports Science activities in the central and southern regions of Iraq.Research Methodology : The researcher used the descriptive survey manner as sample consisted search of (218) as a teacher and school to measure psychological security central and southern zones of Iraq, where the included standard on five areas (psychological equilibrium and external threats, educational and boosters, security and functional concerns, social attribution) and by ( 57) items as well as 208 teachers to gauge scouting activities and the rate of (48) paragraph four areas are (motivated teachers towards the Scout movement, the difficulties faced by teachers in the practice of the Scout movement, the establishment of Scouting camps, the areas of social relations)Conclusions : The researcher has reached to these concdusions : 1. The psychological security measure and measure the activities of the Scout Movement tools independent measures of which the first psychological security to the teachers of Physical Education, and the second measures the teachers who work kinetic Scout activities.2. was reached five standard levels to measure the psychological level of security (very good) to a weak level.3. Tozaan research sample on five levels where the majority concentrated in the levels (average - good) on the psychological security measure and gauge scouting activities.4. whenever the psychological state of security at the high school physical education whenever subscribe scout activities kinetic good.the recommendations : 1. benefit from the writers of the two measures by the researcher to know the relationship between psychological security and the activities of the Scout Movement for primary schools.2. educational institution instructors of physical education and sports science interesting and learn about the difficulties and problems they face and to find appropriate solutions to overcome them.3. the need to set up courses and seminars aimed at increasing awareness of the national security of Leaders of Physical Education and junior intermediate schools
