The study of how energy will be exerted within the body in terms of the impact of concentrations of the few dietary antioxidants whether self - acting or enzymes clear the vision of the basic role which leads to big effects. These effects depend on the quality of the time of physical effort and whether the efforts are aerobic or anaerobic. Moreover, the work of the enzymes together means the elimination of imbalances that pervades the organs of the body because of the effort the body which leads to complications of disorder of the cells in addition to lack of activity of enzymes that act as antioxidants or that play an important role, such as those working to dissolve fat or which affect the physical readiness components to maintain the internal environment of the body. The study was aimed to : 1. Determine the impactof the aerobic training method in some antioxidant enzymes and dissolving of fat within the bodily formation of the research sample.2. Determine the impact of the anaerobic training method in some antioxidant enzymes and dissolving of fat within the bodily formation of the research sample.3. Know the difference between the two experimental groups in some antioxidant enzymes and dissolving of fat within the bodily formation of the research sample. The researcher used the training curriculum as a way to solve the problem of her thesis. She also uses a sample of practices fitness age (30 - 35), one practices aerobic training and other practices anaerobic training. Therefore, the sample is subjected to experimental design (control and experimental) which means that each one sets the other. In order to implement the experience, the researcher used the tools and the experiments belong to the research, the most important of which is setting two instructive programs, one of them is implemented by aerobic training, the other by anaerobic one. After finishing with the research and getting the results, the researcher analyzed the results and reached the following conclusions : First : the moral impact of the aerobic training curriculum on all the following research variables and in different proportions.• BMI• Percentage of fat• The value of the enzyme Allaypez• Alkl?tatheon• catalaseSecond : the moral impact of the anaerobic training curriculum on all the following research variables and in different proportions. Training curriculum impact significantly in each of the following research variables and proportions fabricated : • BMI• Percentage of fat• The value of the enzyme Allaypez• Alkl?tatheon• catalaseThird : the appearance of preference for anaerobic training when compared to aerobic training results in the following variables : • Alkl?tatheon.Fourth : emergence preference for aerobic training when compared to anaerobic training results in the following variables : • catalase.Fifth : lack of significant moral differences between the following variables for aerobic and anaerobic training in the following variables : • BMI.• Percentage of fat.• Value enzyme Allaypez.Sixth : A ratios varying change in the level of variables that appeared although they were random. After the finalization of the conclusions, researcher was to make the following recommendations : 1 - The necessity of making a longitudinal study for other ages of the increase in weight.2 - Other samples must be subjected for levels of specialized training according to chronological age for each group.3 - To study the effect of hormones simultaneously with enzymes to reduce fat ratios.4 - The necessity of making a private study fat cells according to number and size in accordance with a usage of developed and sophisticated equipment.
