Abstract:
This study has been conduced to achieve the following : 1. Constructing a test to measure the vocational stress of the teacher of intermediate stage.2. Measuring vocational stress for teachers.3. Identifying the differences in vocational stress.4. Identifying the differences of vocational stress accordin to : A - Gender B - period of service The research has been limited to the teachers in all schools ofBasrah.The item indicated that items have items have significance.The reliability coefficient 'vay (0.81) where t - test method was used. The scale was signs of face validity,. For this purpo~e of this study a stratified random sample ·which consisted 1f(325) teachers according to (Gender and period of service 'vf taken. ·He research has shown following results : · 1. There are significant differences, which means thc : rt teachers experienced vacationed stress.. 2. There are different stresses according to gender.· 3. There are different stresses according to period df service.
