Abstract: The study inculded in the plant protection department / College of Agriculture / University of Baghdad evaluate the efficiency of physical agents (ozone, ultraviolet radiation, microwave oven) for inhibiting Aspergillus flavus growth and destroying the mycotoxin that produced in corn seeds . An isolate af A.flavus producing Aflatoxin B1 was obtained from plant protection dept. college of Agric. University of Baghdad . the results showed that hight significant reduction in A. flavus growth between treated and non - treated cultures for all the agents used was observed . The exposition of A. flavus culture to ozone at 2 and 4 g/min . 5, 10 , 20 mins. induced inhibition percentayes of fungal growth 82.16 , 83.30 , 79.96 % and 78.47 , 81.60 , 78.83 % respectively, compared 0 % in control treatment . It was found that the more efficient concentration is 2 g / min for to mins . The inhibition percentages of A.flavus growth were found to be 84.73 , 88.50 , 92.53 % and 81.46 , 94.40 , 87.37 % when the fungal culture exposed to Ulttraviolet radiation at wave length 240 and 365 nm for 30 , 60 , 120 mins . compared with 0 % in control treatment. The best time escposition was found to be 120 mins. and 240 nm and 60 mins. at 365 nm. The biomass weights of A.flavus growth were estimated to be 0.12 ,0.30, 0.42 g and 0.21, 0.38 , 0.44 g when a fungal culture exposed to microwave for 5 , 10 , 20 seconds at 80 Co and 100 Co respectively, compared with 0.26 g in control treatment . The best treatment of each agents was chosen for storage experiment to evaluate the ability of these agents to destroy Aflatoxin B1 produced by A. flavus in contaminated corn seeds . The concentration of the mycotoxin were determined by ELISA test protocol . Results showed destroy toxin IFLA B1 (reduction ratio) the effect of radiation microwave in the center of Japex degree 80 and 100 Co 57.14% and 85.71%, respectively, and for 20 sec ,compared to the treatment comparison 0 % as found significant differences were apparent between transactions and the treatment of comparison, as and the presence of a significant difference to the treatment beam microwave notes degree 100 Co, amounting reduction ratio 85.71%, showed the effect of radiation microwave to break toxin IFLA B1 raw results (percentage reduction) by two notches 80 and 100 Co, 5, 10, 20 times a second and there were no significant differences between the treatments and treatment comparison as well as the existence of clear differences of treatment degree 80 and 100 Co and time of 20 sec and rates reduced 95.09% and 91.18%, respectively, showed the results of destroy toxin IFLA B1 (reduction ratios) contaminated corn and the presence of significant differences apparent between the comparative treatment and the rest of the transactions when it was noted the lack of significant differences between transactions ozone and ultraviolet (240,365 nm) and microwave two - tone effect temperature (80 and 100 Co ) and rates reduced 89.52% and 89.52% and 69.52% and 94.29% and 89.52%, respectively, and was the best treatment is radiation microwave degree 80 Co and by the reduction of 94.29%, and the results showed that there were significant differences apparent between the comparison treatment (non - polluting) and the rest of the transactions and observed significant differences were apparent between transactions (microwave and ozone and ultraviolet radiation) led by microwave treatment of two - tone effect 80 and 100 Co and by the reduction of 100% for both degrees .
