Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة الى بناء اختبارات لبعض المهارات الدفاعية للاعبين الشباب بكرة اليد وايجاد الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية لها. واستخدم الباحث في ذلك المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لملاءمته طبيعة البحث واهدافه. اذ قام الباحث بتحديد مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية وهم لاعبين الشباب بكرة اليد للمنطقتين الوسطى والفرات الاوسط، اذ بلغ عددهم الكلي (128) لاعبا وباعمار (17 - 18) سنة، وتم اختيار عينة البحث من الاندية الرياضية التي شاركت في الموسم الرياضي 2015 - 2016 والمسجلين لدى الاتحاد العراقي لكرة اليد، وهم نادي (الجيش ،الشرطة، ديالى، الكوفة، سلمان، سنية) والبالغ عددهم (98) لاعبا. اذ بلغ عددهم (89)لاعبا بعد استبعاد اللاعبين الذين لم يحضروا الاختبارات، وهم بذلك يشكلون نسبة (74.17%) من مجتمع البحث. اذ قام الباحث ببناء وتقنين ثلاثة اختبارات مهارية دفاعية جديدة هي (اختبار التحركات الدفاعية المتنوعة، واختبار حائط الصد، واختبار الدفاع ضد المناولة القصيرة)، والتي تشابه ظروف اللعب للنهوض بمستوى لعبة كرة اليد العراقية نحو الاحسن، لتكوين رؤية واضحة وتقدير دقيق للحالة المهارية للاعب من اجل تقديم الحلول المناسبة التي ينشدها المدربين. وبعد تنفيذ الاختبارات وفق الخطوات العلمية في بناء وتقنين الاختبارات، وبناء المعايير والمستويات المعيارية للاختبارات، وعلى اثر ذلك توصل الباحث الى : - 1 - بناء وتقنين ثلاثة اختبارات مهارية دفاعية جديدة هي (اختبار التحركات الدفاعية المتنوعة، اختبار حائط الصد، اختبار الدفاع ضد المناولة القصيرة).2 - وضع الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية للاختبارات المهارات الدفاعية التي قام الباحث ببنائها وتقنينها.3 - ظهر من نتائج البحث ان النسبة الاكبر من افراد العينة كانوا بين المستوى المعياري فوق وتحت الوسط في الاداء المهاري (لاختبار التحركات الدفاعية، اختبار حائط الصد، اختبار الدفاع ضد المناولة القصيرة).كما ويوصي الباحث : - 1 - ضرورة اعتماد اختبارات المهارات الدفاعية لاغراض البحث العلمي فضلا عن الاستفادة منها في عملية اختيار وتحديد مراكز اللعب للاعبين بحسب ما تتطلبها تلك المراكز. 2 - ضرورة تعميم جداول الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية لاختبارات المهارات الدفاعية التي تحققت بغية استخدامها في عمليات المتابعة والتقويم المستمر لمعرفة القدرات الدفاعية للاعبين.3 - ضرورة قياس الجانب الدفاعي للاعبين كما يحدث في الجانب الهجومي لان الدفاع لا يقل اهمية عن الهجوم في حسم نتائج المباراة، وللوقوف ايضا على نقاط القوة والضعف لدى اللاعبين التي بنيت لجلها هذه الاختبارات. 4 - اجراء ابحاث ودراسات اخرى مشابهة على عينات مختلفة (فئات عمرية مختلفة) لاسيما اختبار وتقييم الجانب الدفاعي بشكل كامل للاعبي كرة اليد | The study aimed to build tests for some defensive skills to young players hand reel and find a standard grades and levels her. After the implementation of the tests in accordance with the scientific steps in the construction and legalization of the tests, as well as the building standards and levels of standard tests, subsequently, the researcher suggested : - 1. At the legalization of three tests is the new defensive skill (defensive moves test, test and test bulwark of defense against short - Handling).2. Establish grades and levels of standard tests defensive skills that the researcher has built and codified.3. emerged from the search results that the largest proportion of respondents were between the normative level above and below the center - performance skills (to test the defensive moves, bulwark test, test defense against short - Handling).As the researcher recommends : - 1. The need to adopt defensive skills tests for the purposes of scientific research as well as take advantage of them in the process of selection and play centers for the players according to what required by these centers.2. the need to mainstream grades and levels of standard tables to test the defensive skills that have been made in order to be used in the follow - up processes and continuous calendar to see the defensive capabilities of the players.3. The need to measure the defensive side for the players as it happens in the offensive side because the defense is no less important for the attack in resolving the outcome of the game, and find out the strengths and weaknesses of the players, which was built mostly for these tests.4. Research and other similar studies performed on different samples (different age groups), particularly testing and evaluating the defensive side full of handball players.
