Abstract:
ان ما يكسب العراق وتراثه اهمية متزايدة، كونه واحدا من اقدم المراكز الحضارية في تاريخ الانسان، فقد شهدت ارضه اقدم التجارب والمحاولات الانسانية في شتى صنوف المعارف والعلوم والافكار والاداب، وحقق العراقيون منجزات رائعة في حقل البناء والعمارة والفنون والص | As Iraq is one of the oldest civilized centres of the human history, this gives it an important among other countries. Its land witnessed the oldest human experienas and attempts in different fields of science and art. Iraqis recorded a significant achievement in the fields of building arts, industry and architecture, among these, building was distinguished in Iraq over the ages. Although these building vary in its forms and a functions, houses revealed to be distinguished in its antiquity and variety, also the basis of its planning and architecture and material was the basics of construction other building like temples towers needed for endowment.One of the most essential and formal aspects in Iraqi old or traditional houses is revealed by the high capability of the Iraqi architecture to understand the lard and the environment which represented together by weather and social life, in addition to the functional needs of the house according to the available building materials to achieve a best useful houses for one or group families in cities.The following study is an attempt to reveal the relationship between the formal aspects in design the internal spaces of Baghdad traditional houses and the surrounded environment according to the aesthetical performance to a contemporary internal design in its originality and cultural contents.The research depends on theoretical and analytical studies for the spaces of some Baghdad traditional houses. The study includes four chapters.The first chapter studied the problem important, aims and elefintion of basic term used in this study.The second chapter studied the previous studies and the theoretical background which falls in four sections : The first section studied the notion of from in internal design and the factors which affected it. The second section studies the internal spaces and its formal elements. The third section studied the effect of the environment on the internal design of the Baghdad traditional hoses.In section four there is an explanation of the formal aspects of the internal design in Baghdad : traditional houses.Chapter three is specified to the descriptive method was used to a analysis the sample of the study and represented by two samples of Baghdadi traditional houses in addition to an observational list and analyses core list according to the inductions of the theoretical background because trust of which are used as a variable in anglicizing chapter four includes the results of samples analysis according to which, the conclusions where stated which explain the relationship of the formal traditional aspects with the surrounded environments. Finally the researcher stated a number of suggestions and recommendation for further studies
