Abstract:
This study deals with examining ne of the mansusciprts about Abu Haneefa doctrine in fiqh. The manuscript entitled Al Taqdima by Sheikh Jebraeel bin Hassan Al Kinjani (died at 752 AH). This mansucript commentates Al Moqadema by Aby Laith Al amarqandi (died at 375 AH). The study is divided into two parts. The frist part is divided into two chapters. The first one deal with the biography of the two authors and consists of an introduction and sections dealing with the book and its titel, in addition to the author's approach and his references. This part also deals with the definitions of some terms used in religious legislative books. Part two deals with the examined manuscript, Part I of Al Taqdima. This part mianly is devoted to prayer and all the details related to prayer. Index including all verses, religious sayings, poems, names of intellectuals, places and terms used are conatined at the end of the study.
