Abstract:
The importance of research is that knowing the nature of scholastic and its relationship in vocational performance of physical educational teachers and also to know the role of this climate in teacher's vocational performance and limit the most important obstacles that prevent availabillty of suitable and effective scholastic climate in order to improve this climate and then promote to their vocational performance level to achieve educational and teaching process highly and effectively.The research problem concentrates on the importance of educational work and its need this role of distinguished vocational performance that can not be acquired just throw the availabillty of suitable scholastic climate which is not available properly in our school.Achieving high grade of effectiveness , quality and increasing the level of vocational performance of physical education teachers that depend on availabllty of suitable scholastic climate with high level of harmony and cooperation among teachers.Thus the researcher submitted this study to show the role of the scholastic climate and its relationship in vocational performance of physical educational teachers.Please purchase 'e - PDF Converter and Creator' on http : //www.e - pdfconverter.com to remove this message.Research Aim is to - Construct and ration the scale of scholastic climate of physical education teachers in Babylon province. - Construct and ration the scale of vocational performance of physical education teachers in Babylon province. - Know the kind of relationship between the scholastic climate and the vocational performance of physical education teachers. The researcher used descriptive style by depending on survey method , and comparative studies because of its fitness and the nature of this study.The research specimen contains : 1 - Building Specimen : Building Specimen contains (190) physical educational teachers , that is form (25%) of research society - ie. (142) teachers (male) form (74 , 83%) of research specimen and (38) teachers (female) form (25, 16%) of search specimen and also (140) heads form (19%) of research society (55) headmasters form (72, 36%) of research specimen and (21) headmistress form (27, 63%) of research specimen. All of them , they have been chosen in randomly way by classical style.2 - Application specimen Application specimen contains (190) teachers of physical education form (25%) of research society - (142) teachers (male) form (74, 73%) and (48) teachers (female) form (25%) and also (104) heads form (26%) of research society (72) head master form (69, 23%) of research specimen and (32) headmistress form (130, 76%) of research specimen , all of them have been cuosen randomly. The researcher used statistical bag of social science (spss) because of statisticalanalyses that used in this research. He used the following statistical means : The most important researcher's deduction : 1 - Appearing a high and very high level of repetition and low percentage in teachers vocational performance scale.2 - The high percentages and repetition are in a low and very low level because of the absence the suitable scholastic climate for physical educational teachers work.3 - The scholastic climate differs from school to school because each school has its special climate which makes it an establishment has own unige style.4 - The positive scholastic climate has clear affect on vocational performance of physical education teachers and their behavior values and desires. This can be considered' one of the main agents for success their work in and out their school. 5 - Appearing moral tie relationship between vocational performance and scholastic climate for both sex (male and female) of teachers.Please purchase 'e - PDF Converter and Creator' on http : //www.e - pdfconverter.com to remove this message.Researcher's recommendations according to research deductions1 - School administration must provide fundamentals and features of suitable scholastic climate for physical educational teachers and encourage them to develop and promote skills , build their independent personalities so as to gain profit both the school and teachers.2 - The scholastic climate must be considered and its affect on pupils and teachers performance , their behaviour and satisfaction of teachers who take the mainrole at any school. 3 - Provide the necessary means to prepare suitable scholastic climate for teachers that opposite their needs and achieve their expectation that leads to achieveaccording in vocational performance.4 - Reinforcing the humanitarian relationship inside scholastic society that leads to achieve cooperation among workers at school in one side and between themand the administration of school at another side.
