Abstract:
يهدف البحث الى تحليل وقياس اثر الانفاق العام في النمو الاقتصادي في العراق والامارات للمدة (2014 - 1997) , وتم استخدام نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي او متجه تصحيح الخطا , فقد تم تقسيم البحث الى ثلاثة فصول لغرض تحقيق فرضيته واهدافه , ولغرض الوصول الى هذه المنه | The research aims to analyze and measure the impact of public spending in the economic growth in Iraq and the United Arab Emirates for the period (2014 - 1997), was used vector autoregressive or vector error correction model, it has been divided into three chapters for the purpose of achieving its premise and its objectives, and the purpose of access to the methodology used researcher statistical programs (Excel, E views7) for the purpose of the standard model to estimate the impact that the knowledge of public spending to economic growth in both countries.The researcher concluded that public spending affect the economic growth in my sample and its impact was uneven in them, and Research Hypothesis achieved in a positive relationship between public spending and GDP growth rate in my sample, and clarified the statistical results using preprocessing tests contain time - series variables public spending (current spending and investment spending) and gross domestic product growth in the (Iraq and the United Arab Emirates) on the root of the unit, where the GDP and investment spending in the general level of growth rate, settled in while current expenditure has stabilized in the second difference. As well as the search reached several conclusions and recommendations
