Prof. Dr. Suad Abdel - Hussein, and consultant Dr. Muthafar Abdullah ShafiqThe study consists of five chapters - Chapter One : Definition search : Introduction and importance of the research : Touched on the importance of rehabilitation programs after operations toggle joints of the body, especially the (total Hip Arthroplasty) as one of the major joints in the human body depends upon the budget of the human body, as well as one of the joints that hold a large part of the weight of the body and the multiplicity of the purposes of rehabilitation programs have not been confined to athletes only, but beyond that to the needs of human society. And Mottagdeddat life Noting an increase in the incidence of hip fractures, especially for an important segment of society which are women aged (40 - 50 years). Here lies the importance of research in the expansion of the conduct of joint replacement hip so as to provide medical techniques underlying the principle of hip joint replacement in terms of the materials that make them joints in the case of hip any femur head fracture and therefore attracted attention on how to provide the conditions appropriate remedial to the success of the process of joint replacement hip, which includes the preparation for the operation and rehabilitation programs that follow the process to get to the desired success in such cases and the patients have to avoid complications that may occur after the operation and raise the levels of success in terms of the ability to move and remove the pain. - The Research problem Reached by the two main axes includes the first axis problems to cause a change in the anatomical hip implant a foreign body inside the body may be accepted by the patient's order is not easy, both biological and psychological and most influential fear the patient from moving the joint because of the need to adapt to this change which occurred on the important part of the body parts. The second axis begins after surgery, a patient receives instructions by the surgeon and physiotherapist in charge of the rehabilitation of the patient, and these instructions are simple and lacks rehabilitative exercises on the status of total Hip Arthroplasty. And that must be characterized by diversity and gradient and organization to suit this process to the advantage of their seriousness, due to the depth of the hip joint and the large soft tissue that surrounds it. Therefore, the researcher is seeking to solve this problem faced by patients after hip implants by placing an appropriate rehabilitation program to improve the status of the patient's physiological, psychological, and for the return of the individual to exercise his natural life. - The aims of the research included the following : 1 - Preparation of a rehabilitation approach to improve the range of motion and muscle strength of the hip joint after joint replacement hip.2 - Understand the impact of the qualifying program to improve the range of motion and muscle strength and some motor abilities after conducting the process of switching the hip joint. - The Research hypothe : 1 - There are significant differences between pre and post tests in the research variables. - The research fields : 1 - The human sphere : a sample of women who have undergone the process total Hip arthroplasty (10) patients.2 - Duration of research : Rehabilitation Center and physical therapy at the Medical City Hospital and Mlhaktha.3 - Place sphere : the duration of the 05/28/2013 until 16/02/2014. - Chapter Two : Previous theoretical studies : Researcher addressed in this section as it touched on several topics to the side of the anatomical and functional for hip fractures and intra - articular and muscular strength and the importance of rehabilitation and physical therapy and therapeutic exercise and the process total Hip Arthroplasty and complications and dangerous process of total Hip Arthroplasty. - Previous studies : For the researcher through the thesis and messages of Physical Education did not find any similar studies of the current study. - Chapter Three Research methodology and procedures of field : The researcher used the experimental method to design experimental pre and post tests to one group and choose appointed deliberate way of women who have undergone the process of total Hip Arthroplasty joint in Medical City Hospital and of their number are (10) patients. It also touched a researcher at the door to the equipment and tools and Allosa?l used in the research and steps to implement the experiment, which included : - Do An exploratory experiment. - Do Tribal testing. - Building approach qualifying - and apply it to members of the research sample. - Conduct a posteriori tests. - Collect and process data statistically. - Chapter Four : Results, analysis and discussion : Researcher addressed in this section of the presentation and discussion of the results, as well as display the results in tables and are discussed and reinforced forms of graphical presentation of scientific and in the light of what has been achieved to impose search. - Chapter Five : Conclusions and recommendations - Conclusions : Researcher reached several conclusions was the most important : 1 - Showed differences in the tests before and after the sample and for the post - test in all the tests under discussion, which shows that the qualifying program was moving toward improving these indicators.2 - That the practice of physical activity through the qualifying program proposal helped to return parts of the body involved in the hip joint and to perform physical functions normally for patients, improving their abilities and psychomotor speed healing. - Recommendations : Researcher recommended several recommendations including : 1 - Qualifying prepared to adopt the curriculum in all treatment and rehabilitation centers and hospitals of the government by distributing pamphlets models include rehabilitation units for patients who undergo hip joint switching operations.2 - The need to use modern equipment and advanced in the measurement of physical tests related to rehabilitation after surgeries.3 - Urged the media and unforeseen print and audio to work on highlighting the scientific truth which refers to the importance of rehabilitation programs and therapeutic exercises after performing the surgery was for the rehabilitation of patients to return to their normal lives.
