Abstract:
الباب الاول : وقد تضمن : مقدمة البحث واهمية البحث التنوع في مهارات العاب القوى، وامكانيه ممارستها باقل التكاليف والامكانيات، اي ان المهارات المستخدمة في فعاليات العاب القوى هي المستخدمة في الحياة العامة، ولجميع المهارات الاخرى، لذلك فان ممارستها سهل | Most athletc training skills can be dgveloped with minimum and low prices tools and equipments. these skills can be performed in anormal life such as running , throwing and hurdeling. it is easy to perform these skills during physical education classes. Tha ain of this study is to use a simplg parcourse ( training stations ) using a very simple tools and opsticals to enhance motor and physical abllities , the study set two goals for that : 1. proposed a paarcourse for athletic training for children 11 - 12 year old.2. identife tha ffect of using this par cours on children. the researchr hypothesisd that. using the proposed par course will effect the physical and motor abilities positevly.subjects were 24 sixth grade students in animar bin yasir primmerx school , the subjects were % 7.25 of the total students. All subjects were tested in the following physical and motor tests.Sped , power , indurance , flexibility , agility , coordination , balance , and accuracy. thesf tests reflect the pre - test.after that , all subjects under went 20 training sessions. with tow training sessions aweer. every training session las for 60 minu tes. training session content teaching the students different exercises using the parcourse. After training sessions all subjects were retested in the same physical and motor abllities under the same conditlons with same mannars. Data was analised statistically by using , mean , standard deviatlon , and t - test. Results revealed that the proposed par cours help the studnts in thgir physical and motor abllits. more over using the par cours en henced the students in their athletic skills like , hurdle runnhng , juviline throwing , high jumping , and long jump. The study recommended the following : 1. using this simple parcourse with some simple and cheap tools in elementary schools.2. using more complex and more difficult par course in secondary and high schools to match their growing abilities
