Abstract:
Chapter one include the thesis preface and importance, where the researcher demonstrate the importance of body building sport in the different parts of the glob for its weight in gaining the numbers of the medal the sports men and women get, which in turn depend on the results of the outlook from the work of the muscles and which is represented by the reach of the muscles to a state of perfection and growing in an artistic way by the organized drills for each of the athlete body muscles, where every state in the glob compete to find the scientific bases to train the players and from all sides, and for this reason it becomes needed to depend on science to solve the problems that face the players by experimenting, testing, and using the suitable scales which explore the individual abilities and lead excel and mastery to reach the highest level, as well we assure the rule of body measures and physiological and physical variables, from what were mentioned above came the importance of the thesis in identifying the effects of the special drills prepared by the researcher to develop some skeletal muscles and their most important effect in the physiological and physical variables for the body building sport participants.BAs for the dissertation problem it came to discuss that the body builders seek during after the periods of competition or raising seek the increase of the muscles mass "muscles inflation" as possible as they can to be ready for the next competition and this by itself will be a drawback due to the big muscles inflation in addition to not to keep the weight due to the increase in flat on the account of muscles which finally lead to the loose in competition, and as the culture of sport is not complete for almost all the sportsmen and women the seek illegal ways and by different means to get their muscles appear, for this reason the researcher prepare some special drills to develop the skeletal muscles and identify their effect in the most important physiological and physical variables for body building sport participants.As for dissertation goals they were as follow : 1 - Prepare special drills aiming to develop some skeletal muscles for the research sample.2 - Identify the effect of the special drills in developing of some of the skeletal muscles for the research sample.3 - Identifying the effect of developing of some of the skeletal muscles in the most important physiological and physical variable for the research sample.The researcher assumes the following assumptions : C1 - There exist some ratios of development for some of the skeletal muscles among the results of the before and the after tests for the research sample.2 - There exist differences of statistical references among the results of the before and the after tests for the control and the experimental groups in the physiological variables under the study.3 - There exist differences of statistical references among the results of the before and the after tests for the control and the experimental groups in the physical variables under the study.4 - There exist differences of statistical references among the results of the after tests for the control and the experimental groups in the physiological variables under the study.5 - There exist differences of statistical references among the after tests results for both control and the experimental groups in the physical variables under the study.The second part include the scientific theoretical studies which treated the basic axes for the research subject like the philosophy and the history of body building and the privacy of age factor and the genetic effect in body perfection, as well the researcher tackle the concept of body measures and their importance in the sport side and the factors effect them and the basic conditions to do them successfully, in addition theDresearcher tackled the physiological variables like heart plus, blood pressure, phsophogenic ability, and lactic ability; as well he tackled the physical abilities, like, the ultimate force, the force distinguished by speed, force duration, and force training systems, as for the previous studies part, it includes six studies from the local and global environments.Chapter three includes details of dissertation curriculum and its field procedures, where the researcher used the experimental curriculum for its suiting to dissertation problem nature, where the research sample was chosen by the intentional method and they were body builders participants from province of Baghdad, who were totaled to "14" participants where they were divided into two groups "the experimental group and the control group", the number of the experimental group was "7" and the control group "7" in that the work of the experimental group was to be trained according to the special drills of the researcher according to air and non - air drills and for "10" weeks, as for the control the submit to the usual drills used by other coaches.As for part four it contains a demonstration of the results which were appeared through the use of the statistical means mentioned in chapter three they were analysed and discussed.EChapter five includes the inferences and the recommendations the researcher had reached, where the most important were : 1 - The appearing of differences of statistical references in the results of the before and the after tests for the control group and for the benefit of the after tests in thickness of the fat in the upper arm.2 - The appearing of differences of statistical references in the results of the before and the after tests for the control group and for the sake of the after tests in the physiological variables "contractible blood pressure".3 - The appearing of differences of statistical references in the results of the before and the after tests for the experimental group and for the sake of the after tests in thickness of the fat pleats.4 - The appearing of differences of statistical references in the results of the before and the after tests for the experimental group and for the sake of the after tests in the physical abilities.5 - The special drills prepared by the researcher were effective in developing most of physical and physiological variables for the research sample.6 - The special drills have the effective trace on the research sample through comparing the results of the after test for both control and experimental groups.The Recommendations1 - The need to depend on the curriculum prepared by the researcher for resistance drills by non - airo and airo ways which had effect some skeletal muscles and the physiological and physical variables.2 - Assure the need for varying the training weights toward the complex direction between the training of non - airo muscles force and between the airo drills to develop the muscles mass and lowering the fats ratio.3 - The need for the coaches to conduct the physical and physiological measures and the physical tests in periodic way.
