لا تقل اهمية النشاط الرياضي لكبار السن عن اهميته للاعمار الاخرى، فبالاضافة لكونه ينمي عناصر اللياقة البدنية ويدعم الجوانب النفسية فهو يحسن من مستوى الصحة العامة ويقلل من خطر الاصابة بالعديد من الامراض، ومن بين هذه الانشطة البدنية (الايروبكس) تمارين ت | Sports activity is not less importance for the elderly for its importance to the other ages, in addition to being develops fitness elements and supports the psychological aspects and improves overall health and reduces the risk of many diseases, and among these physical activities (aerobics) exercises move the body as one unit in accordance with the musical tones at certain frequencies increase performance and aesthetic harmony and automatic make it active endearing and interesting for all groups, especially women.Research has contained five parts;The first part This part has contained the introduction of research and definition of its importance has been addressed to the need of the individual of regaining balance and integrated lives to enjoy physical fitness for health, so why the sport of positive returns on physical and health, psychological and social level.And show the importance of research in that it highlights the role of aerobic exercise in improving and maintaining the terms of health of woman and aesthetic alike and must exercise of sport with age, especially after the age of fifty that women occupying functional tasks and is this exercise, as a departure from the routine and traffic of career and that she is a mother and wife and running in the fields of society in this sense the choice of a researcher for the subject. Research problemThere are a lot of changes in a woman's body and functional apparatus as a result of aging and these changes are exacerbated when the negligence of exercising physical activity and the outcome of injury a lot of diseases and take laziness and lethargy as a companion in life and functional work and thus causes increase in unwanted body weight the beginning of the accumulation of fat and distort the aesthetic in components her body down to the inability to do so many movements and researcher see to study this problem on a sample of women with ages of (50_60) year, using the easy style of training is to apply (aerobics) and desirable by the soft gender. Research Goals - To put exercises for free Aerobic and Swiss ball. - Recognize the effect of the use of styles of free aerobics Swiss ball in some variables health and kinetic fitness for seniors age (50 - 60) years. - Identify the nature of the differences between the two modes used for free Aerobic and (Swiss ball)Research hypotheses - There are significant differences between pre and post tests for a free aerobics and Swiss ball in some variables of health and kinetic fitness. - There are statistically significant differences between the two sets of free aerobics and (Swiss ball) to test the post test in some variables of health and kinetic fitness for seniors Areas of researchThe human sphereSample of employees of the University of Baghdad in number (16) employees who ages ranging between (50 - 60 yearsTemporal areaFor the period from the date of 21/4/2014 until 25/6/2014Spatial Domain Sport activity hall at Baghdad University Part IIThis part contains two topics the first relate with study variables having been addressed to the concept of body, health and kinetic fitness and its components aerobics its benefits, purposes and of historical description about Swiss ball and uses, as well as the definition of elderly stage and characteristics of this phase and the second topic the similar study and similarities and differences between them and the current study.Part IIIThis part contains the research methodology used experimental method (experimental design for two sets of pre and post tests) as appropriate to the nature of the research problem, a sample of employees of Baghdad University their number (16) employee were divided into two groups, the first of (8) employee underwent to free aerobics exercise and the second group of (8) employee underwent aerobics exercise ,Swiss ball and researcher found homogeneity and parity between the two groups.Turning to the tools and equipment used in the research was to identify the tests that included the components of health and kinetic fitness, and researcher showed importance of conducting with exploratory test and how to conduct the pre - tests and measurements and clarified the training curriculum, which had been prepared with the adopted mechanism of loading and researcher explained how to conduct a post tests and statistical methods used in the analysis of the search results.Part IVThis part included a presentation and analysis of the results of tests and pre and post measurements for free group of aerobics and the Swiss ball, and display and analyze the results of tests and post measurements for the two sets of free aerobics and Swiss and discussed these findings based on the scientific sources related to the subject of research.Part VBased on the results of the statistical analysis and discussion a researcher reached to the following conclusions; 1 - Approach of free aerobics showed improvement and a clear difference and show that through differences for variables of weight and parts (upper arm part, chest part, waist part, hip circumference, hip circumference), as well as to measure the thickness of skin folds (in the area of three brachial heads and scapula and iliac, abdomen and mid of thigh) 2 - There is a marked improvement in flexibility and teams variables and kinetic abilities, compatibility and balance. 3 - There are moral differences in the results of pulse Testing at rest and systolic pressure and diastolic pressure and testing of cardiac energy measurement (Brash)4 - While aerobics approach for Swiss football showed slight improvement compared with the free aerobics approach in all the above - mentioned variables, except for the high - pressure variable did not occur any mentioned difference. And on the light these results, researcher put some of recommendations which; 1 - The need to increase the training period for fitness programs for health for more than two months in order to get more effective results. 2 - Paying attention to women after the fifty, especially working women to exercise sports activities, low - to - moderate and make them aware of the importance of sport for her to get many of health, psychological , aesthetic and social benefits and rewards.3 - must exercise physical activity on a daily basis for a period of not less than (30) minutes has a positive effect on getting rid of excess weight and thus a sense of activity, vitality and health4 - Try to use methods of training calls for the fun, thrill and health benefit for seniors at various life ages and their functional duties.
