Abstract:
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master, our beloved and our predecessors, Muhammad bin Abd Allah Al - Sadiq, the faithful, and the faithful, and the family of his pure house, his honored spouses, and his beloved companions, who are guided and guided and follow him to the Day of Judgment.The reconciling of God to guide his slaves to seek knowledge, God bless him who opened it and his consent to him and revealed the right before his eyes, and the benefit of Islamic science and a degree and the status of the forensic science, and after ...Science (Principles of jurisprudence) of the sciences that are looking at how to devise the diligent provisions of the Sharia from the detailed evidence by drawing the methods of development, and extraction of the rules that guide the Faqih to the parameters of the provisions, it has this to lead the other sciences and be the greatest benefit and a degree and confirmed a course, Science increases its status and supervises its proportions as the need for it and the science of assets as well.And the more authoritative in the fundamentals of jurisprudence old and modern, and each of the fundamentalists of the method of writing and writing this science.And followed the efforts of the scholars of the assets to research in the science of assets and revise them until their books enriched libraries, and they have studies in the field of assets and branches, including a wide horizon in the science of Sharia, and Sheikh Toni has a large share of these efforts, This author came in a smooth and accessible manner for students of science, especially students of the academic seminaries. In this research, I followed the following approach : 1. I knew the issues of the issues, and I mentioned the opinion of Sheikh Al - Toni and his argument, then I mentioned the words of the scholars and reported them.2. I refer to the verses of the Qur'anic verses from the Noble Wall, and the noble Prophetic Hadiths and the hadiths of the people of the House (peace be upon them) came out.3. I borrowed valuable old sources, as well as recent references, and reported all information regarding the source in the margins.4. Translated to the media mentioned in the search, except those who were prominent and do not need translation.5. List the sources and references in the last letter, and arranged the sources and references in alphabetical order of the alphabetical letters.The research was divided into an introductory chapter, four chapters and a conclusion.The introductory chapter was devoted to the introduction of the Shikh Al - Tuni and his book, which included two topics : The first topic : the definition of the titular Sheikh, his name, his name, his fame, his birth, his hometown or homeland, his age, his writings, and his death.The second topic : definition of the book, its importance, annotations and commentaries.And dealt with in the first chapter : (the approach of Sheikh Toni in the semantics of words), in which four questions are : The first topic : the method of Sheikh Toni in general.The second topic : Sheikh Toni's special approach.The third topic : the approach of Sheikh Toni in the matter.The fourth topic : the approach of the Shaykh al - Tuni in prohibition.The second chapter (sources of legislation) included three topics : The first topic : The Holy Quran.The second topic : Consensus.The third topic : Sunnah.The third chapter : (the approach of Sheikh Toni in the mental evidence), and included two topics : The first topic : the mind.The second topic : Measurement.The fourth chapter : (the approach of Sheikh Toni in Ijtihad and tradition and equalization and weighting), and included three questions also : The first topic : Ijtihad.The second topic : Tradition.The third topic : draw and draw.Which showed the methodology of Sheikh Al - Tuni on this subject.During my journey with this writing I found many difficulties, including the difficulty in obtaining resources, as well as the family circumstances that were involved, which caused delays, and may also be a cause for my omission of some aspects of the task in the research.Finally, my hope is that the research will be accepted by the discussion committee and the research will come into its own. If it is accepted, it is the satisfaction of God Almighty, and if it does not receive my reward, it is a first step in the path of the academician.In conclusion, I ask God to reform my work, and to make this humble message pure to the face of God, and to write her acceptance.This is what I was able to reach, so it was right, it is God Almighty and what was other than myself.And Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds
