Abstract:
احتوى الباب الاول على مقدمة البحث واهميته والتي تكمن في استخدام نقل اثر التدريب العضلي للجزء السليم لتاهيل العضلة الدالية بدلالة النشاط الكهربائي والمدى الحركي للجزء المصاب.وكذلك احتوى هذا الباب على المشكلة التي تبلورت حول استخدام اسلوب جديد في عالم التا | introduction and the importance of the study which to recognize the effect of training transfer from perfect side to injury side and to rehabilitate deltoid muscle by EMG and motion range. The problem of study is to use new style in rehabilitation by prepare and train the perfect side find how much effect on injured player return bag to the fields.The aims of the study : 1 - To Prepare muscular training (Isometric - Isotonic) for perfect side and to find the effect of injury side. 2 - Identifing the effect of muscle training (Isometric - Isotonic) form the perfect side to injury side for deltoid muscle by EMG for the sample. 3 - Identifing the effect of muscle training (Isometric - Isotonic) from the perfect side to injury side for deltoid muscle by strength deuefopment and motion range, for the sample. 4 - Identifing the effect of Isometric training for the perfect side of the rehabilitate deltoid muscle by EMG and range motion. The Hypotheses of the study : 1 - There are statistical differences in offect transfer muscle training (Isometric) for the perfect side to rehabilitatate deltoid muscle by EMG and range sample. 2 - There are statistical differences in offect transfer muscle training (Isootoic) for the perfect side to rehabilitatate deltoid muscle by EMG and range sample. 3 - There are statistical differences in offect transfer muscle training (Isometric) for the injury side and (Isootoic) for the perfect side to rehabilitatate deltoid muscle by EMG and range motion for the sample.Thed procedures : The researcher used the experimental method with the design of three experimental groups with five injuries athlete for each group. the first group applied Isometric program for the perfect side rehabilitation injury (Isotonic) programs for both side i.e (Isotonic for perfectect and Isometric for injury ).The program continues for 3 months, 2 - 3 time aweek. The pre - test has been done befor perform exercise for each group. 5 - 1Conclusions 1. To use Isitonic program for perfect side in positine effect develop strength and range motion, and this was clear in EMG for the (peak and wide) for perfect side.2. To use Isotonic program for perfect side is a positive effect to develop strength and range motion, and this was clear in EMG action for the (peak and wide) for perfect side.3. There are no positive effect for using Isotonic program for perfect side, and Isometric programfor injury side, to develop strength, range motion and EMG action, for (wide) variable, for the perfect side.4. There are positive effect to use Isitonic program for perfect side, and Isometric programfor injury side, to develop strength, range motion and EMG action, for (peak) variable, for the perfect side. 5. There are alike development of strength, motion range and (EMG)in the(peak and wide) variables, for perfect side, when used the tow programs imdependent.6. Isometric for first group, and Isotonic for scceond group, are more effect than third group, to develop perfect side. 7. To use Isometric exercises for perfect side is positive effect to develop strength, range motion, and EMG for the(peak,wide) variables to rehabilitate deltoid injury part8. To use Isitonic exercises for perfect side is positive effect to develop strength, range motion, and EMG for the(peak,wide) variables to rehabilitate deltoid injury part.9. There are no positivein using Istonic program for perfect side and isometric program for in effect for the use of the Platform is part of the animated exercises jury side to develop strength, and range motion EMG for the(peak,wide) variables to rehabilitate deltoid injury side.10. There are alike development in strength, range motion and(peak,wide) variables to rehabilitate deltoid injury partwhen used the two programs independent.11. Isometric exercises for the first group, and Isotonic exercises for the sccond group, are more effect than third group (Isomtric for perfect side, and Isometric for injury side) to rehabilitate deltoid injury.12. There are alike development in strength, range motion and EMG in the (peak and wide) variables for injury side when used the two programs (Isomtricic and Istonic ) to rehabilitate deltoid.13. Isometric exercises for the first group, and Isotonic exercises for the sccond group (i.e Isotonic for perfect side and Isomtric for injury side) to rehabilitate deltoid.5 - 2 Recommendations : 1. Emphasis on use Isomtric and Isotonic exercises to prepare of theratment programs to develop perfect muscles, and to improve injury muscles.2. Emphasis to reject use third program with (Isomtric for perfect side, and Isometric for injury side) to develop perfect muscles, and to improve injury muscles.3. Emphasis on use Isomtric and Isotonic exercises to muscles atrophy. 4. Emphasis on use EMG to knaw for usre the level improvement inmuscles.5. Emphasis on use EMG to diagnosis nerve and muscle inguries6. The necessity use Isomtric and Isotonic exercises to improue muscles injury.7. The necessity terat injuries suddenly and gine more time for recovery before return to the fields. 8. The necessity to prepare rehabilitate programs to other sport.
