فرز عصر العولمة تحديات تربوية متعددة، تتصل بمجالات مختلفة كالتفكير الناقد, ومهاراته المختلفة من حيث الكشف عن المغالطات, والتعرف على عدم الاتساق في مسار التفكير والاستنتاج, ويقف التفكير الناقد في مواجهة كثير من اساليب التفكير السلبية في المجتمع كالانغلاق | Resulted in an era of globalization challenges educational multiple, related to different fields like thinking critic, and skills of various detection fallacies , And to identify inconsistencies in the path of reasoning, critical thinking and stand in the face of a lot of negative ways of thinking in the closure of the intellectual community , And extremism in opinion and trends toward fanaticism a subject, Some attribute the low level of critical thinking among students that what the teachers in the classroom is limited to the transfer of academic content in a variety of disciplines, While the correct way is supposed to be based on the understanding and evaluation of any scientific substance how we think , What distinguishes Education now in universities is the focus on keeping operations information and teach students and sufficiency of receiving methodological materials and stuffing the minds of the students a great deal of information and knowledge in order to remember rather than give students a sufficient degree of self - reliance in learning and positive interaction with methodological materials through teaching critical thinking, This is a fundamental problem is to reflect the true underlying assumption is reflected in some of the manifestations of the absence of investment brainpower In the case of a lack of interest in the thinking of university education will remain based on conservation education and indoctrination, The importance of this research the importance of critical thinking, and the importance of the target group in this research, they are university students what their impact is important and essential in the life of the community, Understanding of hope for the future in the preparation of a generation capable of thinking for the advancement of society in all spheres of life, and the program is RISK of modern program in teaching critical thinking, a program that teaches its students' skills and prepare them to be thinkers, actors and interacting at the same time, and its distinctive role in the teaching of critical thinking. And purpose current research on the effectiveness of the RISK program life skills in the teaching of critical thinking among the students of the university, and to achieve the aims of the research and developed the following assumptions : - 1. there are not a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental group on the test of critical thinking before and after the application of the program.2. there are not a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the control group on a test of critical thinking before and after the application of the program.3. there are not a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental and control groups after the application of the program.4. there are not a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental group to test critical thinking and before test delayed after month. applied research tools on a sample of ( 60 ) students in the third grade College of Basic Education University of Kufa, Were distributed to members of the sample into two groups, the experimental group and includes (30) students, and the control group, and includes (30) students, were selected random manner, In order to achieve the objectives of the research program of the researcher to adopt RISK life skills in the teaching of critical thinking by the author (Nadia Alsroor.2005) has been applied to students in the experimental group, The researcher has to adopt the California test critical thinking expressed by (Sadek Abdel Nour, 2011) where the researcher applying tribal and dimensional measurement to test critical thinking on the experimental and control groups, The researcher used IQ test for (Raven) for the experimental and control groups, and adopted the design of the control group researcher random selection of pretest and after. Data were analyzed and processed statistically using (T - Test) for two independent samples, the researcher found the following results : - 1. there are a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental group on the test of critical thinking before and after the application of the program.2. there are not a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the control group on a test of critical thinking before and after the application of the program.3. there are a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental and control groups after the application of the program.4. there are a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental group to test critical thinking and before test delayed after month. According of these results the researcher Put a number of recommendations and suggestions.
